The second time, she brought a helper. She agreed on one price and then told my husband to give her $20 more than what was expected. Her last time here, she came again with her helper. She stayed for under 2 hours and left because she had scheduled three other houses for the same day. After she left there were still coffee stains on our counter, crumbs on the table, dog hair around the house, dust where she dusted, as she didn't use any product, and our stainless steel refrigerator had to be completely wiped down. She cleaned the laundry room, but did not return the runner to the floor, and vacuumed without using attachments to clean the tighter areas. She is very nice and friendly, and maybe she does a better job for others, but for $100, in house where only two of us live, we expected not to have to re-clean so many areas after she left. She only had to clean one bedroom and one bathroom. There were even still dog hairs in our bathroom. She changed and washed our sheets but did not stay long enough for them to even be put in the dryer. I just think she is overextended and if you want your house to be clean when she is done, I don't recommend hiring her.

She has far surpassed any reviews we read and so glad we hired her to clean our families condo here at the beach. We only rent to our dearest friends and family and when we come it's cleaner than if we had done it ourselves. She goes the extra mile and is always doing something a little extra. During the last hurricane she was kind enough to come and collect our family photos so they would be safe from any damages that might have occurred. We could not be more satisfied with her service. We would recommend Cathy without hesitation to anyone looking for a top notch reliable cleaning company. We are beyond satisfied!

Additionally, you are claiming that you didn't do the work and that my post is fraudulent, in error, and that I confused you with another cleaning service. You are wrong on all counts. Apparently your "detailed log of all customers, walk throughs and cleanings" is not as detailed as you claim since you have no record of the work you did at my townhouse. Attached are a copy of your flyer that you gave me and a copy of the check I wrote and gave to you. So you know I have no personal agenda to discredit your business by writing a bad review of your work. While she was doing a deep clean in the bathroom I straighten up the kitchen a bit so it wasn't overwhelming with clutter. Then she started the deep clean in the living room & when I was done I walked into the living room & I was thanking God for sending her to me. Then she started in the kitchen. While I sat down in the living room I looked around & she did an outstanding job. Then I got the text my dad was on his way home. So she wasn't finished but we quickly ran around to finish up before he got home. Like I said I wanted it to be a surprise so we literally ran around gathered everything up & flew out the door before we got caught. She wishes she had more time being she wasn't totally done but what she did was great to me. I couldn't have done what she did. I wasn't expecting her to clean the oven which came like it was brand new again. I without a doubt will be having her come again & I totally recommend her. We didn't get to talk price so the value was well worth it. I wish I had more money on me. I gave her a bit more than what she asked & would've give more if I had it. I felt so bad when we were running around like a chicken with our heads cut off. She was very understanding knowing I was doing this to surprise him. My mom passed 2 years ago & he has tried to keep it clean but it's been hard with him having a stroke a while back & then being depressed. Several hours later he called me & he absolutely loved it. He thinks I did it myself (lol) but I had Sally the Great Cleaner as my sidekick who did most of the work. When I say she did deep cleaning she did for surely deep clean without a doubt. I hope to have her come & do the rest of the house soon. I will be getting her once a month for sure. Having the tissue box looking like a flower put a smile on my face & I'm sure his as well. She rolled up the blankets even & that absolutely put a smile on my face as well. You will not be disappointed that is for sure. She has the magic touch & takes her job seriously to please. I wish we could have chatted a bit more before leaving but next time will be different. See you real soon.

I'm a semi-retired 76 year old management consultant. I had this company install a new 3 ton Trane…read moreheat pump and 3 ton air handler in my condo in July 2018 -- right after my wife and I bought the condo. We maintained a contract for maintenance twice a year for each year thereafter, typically in the fall then in the spring. Our most recent second maintenance under contract was in April 2024. Our system was not functioning properly, not cooling our unit, so in addition to maintenance they charged to diagnose my problem, and as part of this they added one pound of refrigerant for $90 (refrigerant is not supposed to leak) and also installed a Honeywell thermostat and programmed it, but improperly (had to have someone come back 10 days later to fix it). I found this thermostat on Amazon for about $90 but I got charged around $350. My wife and I had to go out of town for medical reasons and were gone from July 27 to late evening Friday August 2. We put the thermostat on 73 degrees when we left and it was still working when we returned. However, when we got back in the late evening of August 2 there was an odor in our condo, and the sheets on our bed were wet. We had to put them in the dryer before we could go to bed. On Monday morning, August 5 I called and explained that our HVAC system must have a problem, we have an odor and our sheets are wet and I can see condensation under the air handler and it looks dirty. I sent pictures then got a return call and was told I could have an appointment in about 9 days, on August 13. I explained that we had an emergency situation, that we bought the system from them and had maintained a contract with them ever since 2018. I got nowhere so the next day I called another company and they came out the same day! So much for loyalty to long-term customers...no thank you, I'm out. On the issue of refrigerant, we also had 4 oz. of refrigerant added in April 2022 and I called the only person at this company that I trust, Trevor, and he said the system should not be losing refrigerant. So, when I needed a pound of refrigerant in April 2024, I would have thought their technician would be saying something is wrong here, but no, nothing, he just shrugged his shoulders and said you need refrigerant for your system to work, so I had to say ok. He had no idea if there might be a problem. I had a capacitor on my heat pump replaced in March 2023 and then less than seven months later in November 2023 a different technician said I needed a capacitor on my heat pump. For the first one I was charged $104. For the next one the charge went up to $147.80. I called and complained and got this escalated and was finally granted a credit on the second one but nobody seemed concerned about why I could have a capacitor work just fine since 2018 but suddenly it needed to be replaced every six-seven months. The original staff in 2018 was really good. All the staff I met at that time and dealt with for about two years are all gone except for Trevor. Loyalty is important to me. When I've been loyal to a company and have a horrible situation, I expect help in a reasonable time, not 9 days later when other companies I've never dealt with will send someone the same day.
