Liebe Gäste, wir heißen Sie im Restaurant Mylos an einem historischen Ort herzlich willkommen. Hier im "Dorf Bottrop" wurde die Spickenbaum-Mühle im Jahre 1874 fertig gestellt. Die Mühle weist die typischen Merkmale einer Wall- Turmwindmühle auf. In den ebenerdig ausgebauten Wall führt eine groß dimensionierte Einfahrt für Pferdefuhrwerke und Karren jeder Art. Mit dem Bau einer Mühlen-Gaststätte schaffte sich der Sohn des Mühlenbauers im Jahre 1904 ein zweites witschaftliches Standbein. Gemütliche Gastronomie gehört an diesem Ort seit mehr als 100 Jahren zur Tradition. Im Restaurant Mylos setzen wir diese Tradition für kleine und große Gäste fort. Spezielle griechische Gerichte werden nach original griechischen Rezepten frisch zubereitet. Mylos steht für Gastfreundschaft, Tradition und ein entspanntes, griechisches Ambiente. Als Begrüßungsgetränk servieren wir Ihnen ein Ouzo. Für Ihren Besuch bedanken wir uns recht herzlich und würden uns freuen, Sie als Gast bald wieder begrüßen zu dürfen. Ihr Mylos-Team

I can only confirm the positive judgements about this Restaurant. We came there without having…read morebooked and it was crowded. Nevertheless the very friendly were able to find us a place to have dinner. I have eaten that night the best pork fillet I ever had. It was declared to be from a Bio-Schwein, and the taste was definitly different from what you normally get. The Spaetzle and the cabbage was also good. Of the same quality was the Frischlingsruecken (filet from young boar). The only dish I liked less were the noodles with truffles, too much cream! I know that the cream enhances the taste of the truffles, but this was too much. I ordered the proposed wine (aglianico) without asking for the winelist, but I would have preferred to have got the winelist without asking for it :-)

Bester Grieche! Seit über 2 Jahren sehr zufriedene Stammgäste. Ambiente und Service außerordentlich gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Eine familiäre Atmosphäre. Aber das Beste ist wirklich das Essen. Mittlerweile haben wir unseren Favoriten entdeckt. Als Vorspeise einen großen Vorspeiseteller mit Auberginen, eingerollter Blätterteig, Aufstriche und anderen frischen Leckereien. Dazu gibt es Brot so viel man moechte. Für einen kleinen Preis bekommt man auch geröstetes Brot welches mit dem Aufstrich einfach zum dahin schmelzen ist. Als Hauptspeise wuerde ich die lammplatte bestellen. Das Fleisch ist sehr zart und frisch und schmeckt einfach wie bei kein anderen Griechen. Alles in allem kann ich mit 100% Überzeugung sagen dass es der beste und leckerste Grieche, nicht nur in Bottrop, sondern meiner Meinung nach in ganz NRW ist. Ein MUSS für jeden Griechen und gutes Essen Liebhaber :) read more

Allgemein Bestes griechisches Restaurant in Bottrop und Umgebung!! Bedienung Sehr freundlich und aufmerksame Bedienung, welche auch wirklich noch vom Fach ist und etwas von Service versteht. Das Essen Das essen ist vom Geschmack Super! Hatte ein seh zartes und gut abgeschmecktes Lammfilet. Zudem sind die Portionen mehr als genügend, sodass man noch was für zu Hause hat. Qualität der Gerichte ist im Restaurant, sowohl zum mitnehmen von gleicher Qualität. Das Ambiente Besonders auffällig ist, dass es kein typisches griechisches Kitsch Restaurant ist , sondern ein angenehm warmes und modernes Ambiente hat, das sehr stilvoll ist. Sauberkeit Sehr sauber absolut keine Mängel. read more
