What did I get for that? They replaced 2 thermostats that weren't defective, a heater case that they broke and a radiator that they let freeze and broke. Oh and I have coolant leaks that I didn't have when I dropped it off. Bottom line- with their costs and the rental car extensions I spent over 4000 bucks, was without my truck for a month and had the same problem I had when I dropped it off.

She got the oil change and then was told that it would take over $1500.00 in repairs before they could align the vehicle. She was also charged $ 40.00 for checking the vehicle since she wouldn't get the repairs. ( that she didn't need). The vehicle was then carried to another shop where they did the alignment with no problems. A total of four mechanics looked at the vehicle and stated that the vehicle was fine and the vehicle did not need the repairs that had been recommended by 49 Tiremart. If you plan on using these people just know they will lie about the repairs you may need. Get a second opinion. After getting nowhere complaining to the shop personnel, I spoke to the owner Gerald Brown who made the decision that instead of doing what was right and paying back the $40 and call it a mistake, he would stand behind his employees who without a doubt tried to take advantage of a 72 year old woman. Says a lot about his character also. It also make you wonder how many times they have actually got unknowing people to pay for repairs they never needed.

I have both good and bad things to say about Booth Discount Tire. My car was experiencing some…read moreminor brake problems. The good is that their service people were kind, courteous, and very professional...they even gave me a free estimate. The only really bad thing I can say is that they wanted to do a lot of work on my car that didn't need to be done. Like new parts on all four brake assemblies when the only thing I really needed was new front brakes. I took the car to my brother-in-law, who is a mechanic in Jackson, MS and was available at the time and he told me exactly what my car needed.. As I said, they are great people, I just wish they would have been a little more honest. Otherwise, great people at Booth Discount Tire.

So you know those places that just make you feel welcome? This is one of them…read more It's a small business that focuses on rim repair apparently. Never knew something like this was a thing, but these guys do it so well it was like it's something mainstream. When you drive up, it is an unassuming grey building. The front door is locked but just call the number and this is where the magic starts. You'll get greeted by someone named Joey in a professional manner but he will still manage to treat you like an old friend. When the door is unlocked, the staff are warm and attentive. They'll listen to your problem and give you feedback on what the solution is. I went in because my wheel was leaking on my car. They told me they could get to it right away even though the small office was full of customers who only arrived a few minutes before I did. This is the best part. They were able to handle everybody in the office in a few minutes. They took the wheels from those who had them off their vehicles, and the ones who had them on cars were asked to wait in the waiting room: some chairs and a TV. Would've been a bit uncomfortable if anyone had to sit for more than forty minutes, but no. Everyone in that room was gone in that time frame. The technician, a kind young man named William, brings out their tire, shows them the problem, and gives them a time frame on repairs. His attitude is on par if not better than Joey's, but he just gives too much detail. I think he may be trying to make sure the person understands what is going on, but it can come across as a little much. Sweet kid though! Turns out my rim was corroded. Apparently chrome does that. I also know how chroming is done now. See above about the technician. The whole process took only twenty minutes from the time my vehicle was pulled around by Joey. Has not leaked since. Rides better too! These people will be getting my business if my rim is busted from now on!
