DO NOT use this company of thieves! My daughter's package of clothing and shoes worth about 800 pounds or more was packaged at MYIPB Kings Cross and paid (145 pounds) to be sent by UPS in April 2016. After not receiving the package over a month later and numerous international phone calls to MYIPB, NONE of which they followed up on, I worked with UPS directly to determine that the package was never recorded as leaving the store. The staff at the MYIPB Kings Cross location frequently told me they were 'too busy' to talk to me and that, even though they had no record of my package being picked up, assured me that it was sent...what? They were incredibly incompetent and rude. UPS claimed responsibility-though I don't know why. Again, since MYIPB would not follow up, I worked with UPS to complete the claim paperwork myself...on behalf of MYIPB, since they are considered the 'UPS client'. UPS promptly paid the claim to their client, MYIPB, in September 2016 and MYIPB KEPT the money instead of paying it to me...their customer. So, not only does someone in the MYIPB Kings Cross store quite possibly have my package of nice clothing and shoes, they also were PAID for it! THIEVES. read more
