She allowed my daughter to touch certain devices so she'd feel comfortable. The dentist was kind and also made my daughter feel very comfortable. My husband was a practicing dentist for 46 years, so I can tell you without a doubt that this is the dental place you're looking for. Over the years, I have done a lot of work on my teeth with many Dentists in 3 different countries, bridges, implants, crowns, veneers, root canals, and all that dental work needs special attention and maintenance. I see Dr. Daniels regularly since 2014, and I have had a few emergencies with broken teeth, and he has always done outstanding work. Dr. Daniels is also treating my sleep apnea. After four years since my initial diagnosis, I'm delighted to share that my Sleep Apnea has vanished, supported by one in-home sleep study and one in-clinic sleep study, both of which confirmed the positive outcome. Though I still snore occasionally, the life-threatening aspect of sleep apnea is no longer a concern. I'm incredibly grateful to Dr. Daniels for his exceptional care and expertise. I wholeheartedly recommend him without any reservation.

The other person in reception is very friendly and accommodating. I drove 35 miles to get there. A lane closure on I-75 caused a delay of 10 minutes. I called 20 minutes before my appointment time to let them know. The receptionist said "thanks, drive safe". As soon as I get there Tina calls and said "we were expecting you 8 minutes ago. We are canceling your appointment. On the other line, another staff member called and said they were awaiting my arrival. I arrive and get a warm greeting from a staff member who proceeds to check me in. Tina interrupts and exclaims "You can't check him in because I just canceled his appointment 2 minutes ago!" Wasted my time. No apology. Just happiness on Tina's face and shock on the other person's. They don't care about people. I'd hate to have billing problem or any other problem.

I also HIGHLY Recommend Kelly the Hygienist, ( teeth cleaning ) she is truly Outstanding! She and Dr Williams will announce on a mathematical scale tooth by tooth exactly how your gum health is. They probe your tooth-gum and read out the reading so they can be recorded in the computer by the assistant. Actual Example for me; 1 is great, 4 is starting to get issues . ( if you have a #5 that's getting real problems) BTW I could feel on my tooth what they were saying was true. When they call out the tooth name and #1 , feels good, normal, then say on a #4 level my tooth / gum are definitely sore there. I have never had this probing / testing before and it gives you a great feeling to know they are so precise and professional. Also Kelly ( the Hygienist ) will guide you Exactly how to care for your teeth and gums to improve them. Success; I went back for 6 week follow up and had improvement ! thanks to the excellent guidance and exact advice from Kelly. Dr Williams and Kelly ( the hygienist ) are the ONLY Dentist and Hygienist I will be using from now on. Now when i go to the Dentist I don't have the scared, dread feeling that I used to have when I went to the dentist ... because I fully Trust Dr Williams and Kelly.
