My son went there from 3 months to 17 months and he was treated wonderfully. Ms. Diane was always so supportive and ready to answer my questions any time I needed. Ms. Behnaz and Ms Meg saw him crawl and begin to walk. They loved him and truly encouraged him every step of the way. Ms. Meaa was there to welcome him every morning with a beautiful smile and so much positive energy. Ms Sherri always told me the positive things my boy was up to during the day. And Ms. Monir. I can't even begin to thank her. She was there with my son from his first day there to his last. She has been such a positive influence and taught him and me so much. All the teachers have been very caring and very flexible. The center is small, but that's a good thing. It creates a family feel. My son made his first friends there and the center encouraged that friendship. He was always picked up with a clean diaper. I was always told if he had the sniffles or a cough and even if his potty was not the best. They really care about the kids. The center is always kept clean and the teachers and Director kept up with the maintenance all the time. I can't recommend this center enough. I will miss everyone there. Suzanne, the director is a warm and caring leader and these characteristics are passed down to the staff. My son has always felt at home at this center. When we moved and he started Kindergarten, instead of attending summer camp at his new school and closer to our new home, he asked to go back to Kindercare in Hanover for summer camp. The summer program was filled with activities and numerous field trips to keep the children engaged and ensure a fun filled summer! Although the center did experience a period of staff transition, the director worked diligently to ensure minimal impact to the children. This was not something the staff/director could control so it would be unfair to hold them responsible. The leadership at the center will listen to any concerns shared, and will get to know your child and ensure their needs are met. They supported us in throwing two amazing birthday parties for our son at the center. Years later he still speaks fondly about these great experiences. He was also able to make great friends while he attended Kindercare in Hanover. Due to a military move, we had to leave the center, but were very sad to leave. When we were first looking for daycare centers, we were struggling to find a center that we could afford and one that had room. Within an hour of contacting Ms. Carla that first summer, we were able to hear back from her and schedule an appointment to see the facility. At the time, we needed to tour while there were no kids there (of course due to the pandemic), but we were so thrilled by how our daughter took to Ms. Carla. When our daughter started, Ms. Carla assured us that our little one was happy and cared for by sending picture updates and all the fun little crafts home. She was active, learning, and playing. Our little pandemic baby was so fulfilled. Besides for all the crafts, ABCs, counting, now days of the week and months my little one knows (she astounds me every week by the new things she is learning) - Ms. Carla is the one who potty trained my baby and helped us follow the routine at home. Without her, I have no idea how I would have done it. Seriously, she knows kids and she is the professional.
