The customer service is terrible. We were never given a receipt that states their "full box return policy." So when we went to return the extra tiles, they were not only incredibly rude but also argumentative. Considering how much more expensive they are than other places, we will definitely not be going back or recommending them.

He took careful measurements, made recommendations when we asked for them, and gave us a detailed, itemized quote right away. Lee is a sought-after contractor, and he does all of the work himself. As such, you may need to wait a bit before he can get to your project. HOWEVER, I cannot emphasize enough how worth it the wait is. Lee is absolutely meticulous in prepping surfaces, making sure walls, floors, and corners meet perfectly. He thoroughly researches material choices to make sure they are appropriate for the application. In our case, he even went shopping with us to find the best tile options. He communicates quickly, frequently, and articulately (hallelujah!), and he is thoughtful and generous in his decisions. The tile job itself is flawless! Lee's background and artistry shine in his work. He works incredibly hard, fits everything perfectly, and leaves the job clean at the end of every day. The result is beautiful and sturdy and feels like it will remain that way for a very long time. This was an amazing experience through and through, and Lee was the perfect choice for us.
