It has been my experience that Thai Express is pretty popular in the Frankfurt area, so one could have some difficulty getting a table at busy times. However, its popularity is a good sign as to the quality of the food. Thai Express does have a weird ordering procedure: you order everything that you want from the menu board at the counter including drinks; then you pay; then they give you your drinks and a number; you find somewhere to sit; and then they bring you the food when it is ready; then the staff don't bother you again unless you ask for them. The food, however, is always the highest quality. I will keep going back to Thai Express Kelkheim. (Thai Express has recently changed its name to 'My Thai')

Originally we had planned to grab something from a bakery forgetting it was a holiday we were unable to do this and after a good hour or so of walking we got incredibly hungry. Randomly we stumbled across My Thai. They were accommodating allowing us to have our dog with us while we ate (our dog acts up around food so we chose to sat outside on the covered terrace which also had patio heaters so was nice and warm) We ordered the food extra hot and it swiftly came out. My Green curry was surprisingly well balanced, as normally when I eat at western Thai places they are lacking on the fish sauce and I end up having to add a table spoon or so to balance it out. My girlfriends red curry however was not balanced at all and need a couple of table spoons of Fish Sauce to help it on its way. The portion sizes here are massive and I left feeling very full. I'm pretty sure you could order one dish between 2 and be satisfied. Would head back here if I happen to be in Bad Soden again.
