Will never use again, but came highly recommended. Pros: -available last minute -litter and food area clean. -cats were fed 2x daily as requested, with litter changes and medication dosing. Cons: -cat visits were late at night until requested change. -communication was horrible. -special needs cat threw up because medication wasn't dosed properly or watched post dose for spitting it out(they are back on schedule now). -no text updates, only photos given via Facebook page. -I had to pick up my keys 4 days post service fulfillment. Emotional review: I went to Japan last minute. Set up an intro meeting, service was a no show with no communication until texted. Rescheduled for next day. Agreed upon service needed as in providers notes. Showed how to dose special needs cat since he likes to spit out his pill. Showed where food and litter was. Handed over keys. Had to then text later about cost prior to leaving. I left a detailed note the morning I left for Japan about the cats. Cash was left out with a small tip. I looked at FB when i landed and checked in a day later. Considering it was dark out in providers FB photos when the cats were fed, I had to ask again for them to be fed at certain times. I had a GREAT experience with Andrea! First time puppy owner here and was offered Eagles tickets to the NFC Champ game. Nervous to leave my dog alone for longer than normal, I contacted several dog walkers in the area. Andrea was the first to answer, and honestly the only one to call back. Working with her was easy. Told her where the keys were, and how to get in and all was fine there. She even sent us a picture of our pup to reassure us he was fine (I was really nervous!). I would definitely recommend to all my friends and will 1000% use Andrea's services in the future. Extremely happy with how this played out. read more

Absolutely wonderful service! Andrea and Colleen are extremely nice, accommodating and very quick to respond. They go above and beyond the call of duty! My friend was out of town and I agreed to come to her home and walk her dog, Stella, in the morning and at night and spend some time with her. She arranged for My Pets Comfort to come and walk her in the middle of the day. Well 3 days into her 2 week trip a neighbor complained that Stella was crying at night. Since I wasn't able to spend the night with her I called Andrea, very last minute, to see if they could assist. This was extremely last minute. It was 7pm at night when I texted Andrea to ask about an overnight stay. She arranged for Colleen to come out and stay the night with Stella. One night I even locked myself out of my friends apartment and Colleen, being fabulous, came and let me in with her spare key! Again this was at 7pm at night! I highly recommend Andrea and Colleen! Recently came back from vacation, and this is the first time my pups have been happy when I got home from long vacations - they weren't stressed out or stress shedding like previous vacations without Andrea. It's been a couple of years since we started using My Pets Comfort, and they have continued to be such a relief for us. Our kitty is a bit of a problem child, but we're able to go away and know she's in capable hands. They are so good with her. When we come back home after being away a few days, she doesn't act nearly as stressed as she used to with other sitters (and much less upset than when we used to board her). She was so professional & friendly & my dogs were instantly drawn to her. We didn't end up needing the care when all was said & done, but she was so flexible & again both professional & friendly when I told her we didn't need the help. My Pets Comfort is the perfect service. We have two dogs and a foster dog, but are at work for 9-10 hours a day. Andrea will come and play with our pups for an hour a day to give them a little extra energy outlet. She also sends us picture updates and leaves notes as to how they did. They have been coming over for our chocolate lab Paisley since she was a puppy (she's almost 2!) and we couldn't be happier with their professionalism, punctuality, and excellent care of our dog. I am a nurse with a sometimes unpredictable schedule, and they have been nothing short of fabulous when it comes to last minute changes/needs (including even hours before!) we ALWAYS get a picture on Facebook after they've visited and it is fun to check up on Paisley while we're at work, and puts my mind at ease that she had a great walk! Extremely happy with My Pets Comfort! My Pets Comfort has exceeded my expectations you can tell she does this because she truly loves animals. Extremely professional and I initially hired My Pets Comfort because she was the only one (out of several places that I called) who actually picked up the phone when I called and then made arrangements to come over the same night! One of the things I love is that My Pets Comfort always responds to my texts within minutes and is extremely flexible. If I forget to text in the morning, she sends me a friendly reminder. I have a blind dog who was having a hard time adjusting to the new environment, so it's important I can reach her anytime.
