I felt comfortable, safe, and confident throughout the entire process. The finished project didn't just meet expectations -- it surpassed them. Both Jeremy at Iron Hand Construction and Maria at Banning Glass absolutely knocked this out of the park. Their teamwork, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional, and I genuinely can't wait to work with them again. I give my highest recommendation to Jeremy -- his strength, skill, character, and craftsmanship are truly rare.

We tried calling and starting with a few other contractors and they were all shady, non communicative and wanted us go to several showrooms to tell them what we wanted. We did a full remodel in our kitchen and let me tell you I can't stay out of it, it gives all the vibes cozy, warm and peaceful.

Michael agreed to take on the drywall in the estimation phase, but I ended up doing a lot of it ahead of time with the hopes that the crew would focus on fine tuning. Pros: Professional, stayed on schedule, completed agreed work, used good quality paint. The two large dry wall repairs were done expertly. Cons: They didn't appear to do fine tuning of dry wall repairs that I performed or that were performed by the previous owner. There were several areas that had to rework and repaint.

We were able to communicate easily through text and payment was seamless! But his photography is what sets him apart. I had family and friends ask who took our photos because they were so beautiful, but also managed to capture our home in a practical sense. He took detail shots that made our home feel like artwork, haha. I will 100% recommend him to everyone I know! You will not be disappointed.

Since I wasn't in the area, we mostly communicated through text and phone calls. I appreciate how much pride they took in their work, completing everything on time with high quality. In the past (for the same project), I had other contractors I tried to hire who never showed up to do the job.

We first had Steve and Jesse from McKenzie painting paint the exterior of our home, and we were so…read moreimpressed with the results that we immediately had them come back to do the interior as well. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Steve and Jesse's professionalism and honesty really stood out they never asked for a dime until the job was completely finished, and we walked through everything together to make sure we were completely satisfied. That kind of trust and pride in workmanship is rare these days. The quality of their painting is unmatched. They painted our newly installed shaker doors and trim with such perfection that they look like they came straight from the cabinet shop -- perfectly matching the cabinet finish. It's clear they understand paint, its quality, and its purpose. A true tradesman through and through. On top of their skill, the care they showed for our home was amazing. Every single day they cleaned up and organized their tools in one location so our home stayed as livable as possible. Even outside, after pressure washing, sanding, and scraping, they went the extra mile by vacuuming up every last paint chip so nothing was left in the planters or around the house. Another concern of mine prior to the painting was I have permanent lighting under the eves of the entire front of our house first and second story. They meticulously masked every single light prior to painting, making sure it all blended in seamlessly, keeping me from having to remove all the lighting and then re-install once they were done !!! The attention to detail went far beyond just the painting. They truly make the statement "You get what you pay for" so obvious from day one!! Our house feels brand new inside and out, and we've had so many compliments from friends and neighbors. We couldn't be happier and would recommend McKenzie Painting (it is a father Steve and son Jesse )to anyone looking for someone who not only does top-quality work but also truly cares about the customer and their home.

David can do basically everything, he has a multitude of skills and he delivers the best quality! He does it all: Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, installations. He is extremely detail oriented and the quality he delivers is unmatched! He is also very neat and tidy and always does an amazing job cleaning up! Here is everything he has did for me: - Replaced electrical outlets - Ran new electrical wiring - Installed sink, dishwasher, garbage disposal including plumbing and electrical - Installed new countertops - Backsplash installation - Installed an oven vent and bathroom vents including ducting and electrical - Patched and finished hole in the wall after wall heater was removed - Built furniture - Built a fence But honestly what I want people to know most about David goes beyond his work. His pride, quality, integrity and care are rare to find. He is the kind of person who does things for others when no one is watching. For example, on trash day, he brought all of my cans in without being asked and without saying a word about it. That is the same person who shows up to your home and treats it like his own.
