Our previous transportation provider recently shut down so I looked to Yelp to obtain some quotes for a trip we had upcoming. Moe Khan and his communications were phenomenal. He provided us with a quote, followed up (but not in an annoying way) and ensured that we would not be let down if we made the decision to go with them. Pricing was very fair/reasonable but the customer service is what made us to decide to go with this company. All of our interactions with them felt personal and not just another transaction. I even had a question at 12:26 AM one morning and they responded back within 5 minutes of me sending over my question. WOW!!! The day of our travel the vehicle arrived right on time and Nabil Rana was another extension of this superb company and experience. Typically I do not like to talk when I am riding but we conversed the entire ride and it was truly enjoyable. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and the amenities offered were great (waters, gum, mints). The ride to the airport was quite enjoyable. Upon our return, I forgot to turn my phone off of airplane mode until we were leaving baggage claim but I was already getting notifications that the driver was there awaiting our contact so he could meet us at the pick up area. He arrived a few short minutes after we walked out of the door so we had minimal wait time. The drive home was pleasant as well. Again a nice clean vehicle and smooth ride (after our trip I was tired so the talking was minimal). Overall...great communication, excellent customer service, wonderful vehicles and superb drivers. But for me, it's so much less stressful than driving at rush hour that I leave the car at home and opt for the bus anytime it isn't bad weather. I get 2 pleasant walks and an hour of relaxation time before I even arrive at work. I ride one bus for a few stops, then transfer to another. Not once have I been on a dirty Cobblinc bus. Even when I can tell from the design that it's an older bus. And I'm on 4 buses almost every weekday. They aren't always on time, and while my main bus runs every 15 minutes, if the stars align just right, I can end up waiting 30 minutes for my connecting bus in the afternoons, because my connecting bus only runs every hour. I wish they all ran *at least* every 30 minutes. Some of the drivers are really pleasant, and some are somewhat "gruff." I've had them wish me a pleasant day and a friendly good morning, and I've had them scold me for not requesting a stop in as much advance as they'd prefer or other minor "infractions." Bottom line, I prefer it and choose it over driving to work and back. Having to wait outside on a nice day for a few minutes beats stressing in traffic every time for me. I mean, in the dead of winter I'm probably driving. But weather permitting, it's a pleasant way to get where you need to go.
