Bus left Milan at 7:20am, WiFi in the bus not reliable. The drive is 2.5 hours from Milan to St Moritz (bring passport). We were given 2.5 hours to walk around and take pictures of the frozen lake and watch the cross-country skiers. After a quick grocery store lunch, we boarded the red Bernina train for the most gorgeous train ride to Tirano. We felt like Anna and Elsa in winter wonderland. Every turn of the train provided gorgeous postcard-like scenery. Both bus and train rides were comfortable, there were multiple bathroom breaks and a ton of great memories. So glad we did this organized tour. Arrived back in Milan at 8pm.

You're allowed to open the box during your reserved time spots, and just make sure to choose the right category of either organize your luggage half way or cease the lease. It costs €22.99 for a whole day up to 24 hrs to rent the large box, which can accommodate two carryon sized luggages and two backpacks. It's generally safe and convenient, I would recommend the service here, if you plan a whole day or a few hours to explore before your departure train.
