Additionally, it's located at a convenient and central location - Melbourne Central, which makes for needing to go to the chemist not a massive chore, but a day out instead. Customer Service: The staff is here is AMAZINGLY friendly. I spoke with a chemist regarding my issues and she was so helpful with recommending to me what I needed, especially since I was feeling pretty clueless. She explained to me the product and was happy to answer all of my questions. Not to mention Priceline's affordability, combined with the great staff makes for a great shopping experience! The thing that's really great about Dounias is the staff. Everyone who works in here are so nice and friendly and chatty, all in a very lovely way, not pushy or intrusive. And mostly, they just seem caring. Unfortunately this isn't the pharmacy closest to my house, otherwise I would always come here for my pharmaceuticals. Well done, Dounias peeps.
