I work from home, and they have never once knocked on the door or left a tag indicating that the package was delivered and was at the office. I'm not asking for a lot, just a notification from something other than our amazon accounts! It's been quite bad, especially when someone else in my home orders a package, so they get the notification, it can take several days to even realize a package NEEDS to be picked up! And the office has limitations on when it's open! :( The complex office is frustrated because people aren't picking up their packages in a timely manner --- but this is really prestige's fault! I wish we could choose anyone but prestige to deliver our packages, but amazon doesn't allow you to pick. The moment they do, prestige will be out for us!
