The next day we received a whole online album of all of the photos taken last night which is so fun to go back and look at. My issues came later when prior to my wedding I wanted to provide him with a list of portraits I wanted to be sure to capture he told me he didn't do that to have someone at the wedding handle that. There were also some detail shots I would have wanted that were never taken - again because he wouldn't take the list. Now I realize this all sounds very bridezilla like but there were certain individuals I wanted to be certain got included in portraits - my 90 year old aunt that has since passed away, my 15 year old cousin who was a bridesmaid and wasn't in the bridal party shots because there wasn't anyone really keeping track of who needed to stay and go. The detail shots I would have sucked up...but the people, that's a true loss to me. Additionally we had been told they could do some airbrushing and had for our engagement sessions (airbrushed out a manufacturing plant in the background) when asked if they could do the same for a couple of portraits they told us they couldn't without up charging. In the end the album is beautiful and still gets rave compliments but the customer service side wasn't where I'd have liked it to be. If you're okay with letting them handle everything, then you will be thrilled with their work, but if you want input - I'd ask some very pointed questions before hiring to make sure you feel comfortable.

The quality of their photo strips is excellent, and they were able to customize our photo strips to match our wedding invitations exactly! We decided to have a photo booth sort of last minute (2 weeks before our wedding), and we had a specific budget in mind for this. Denise was completely willing to work with us on this so we were able to get what we wanted at a price that worked for us, I really appreciated that! I also love the backdrop options they have, and the one we chose perfectly complimented our photo strips. They refuse to give our money back, and cannot come to the moved date. We would even be willing to accept half the money, but they said no. I just feel that with the devastation of having to move our wedding and not have it as we always dreamed due to Covid, a wedding business should understand and be empathetic. It is sad that during this difficult time, this company refuses to refund any of the money during these unprecedented times. All I asked was for half the money back, how unethical during a pandemic.

It is our mission to try all of the wing flavors. It's a great local bar on the south side of town, where there are not as many bars and restaurants. Good place to watch sports or to grab a drink or a bite to eat.
