Today, 061921, I am contacting BBB & completing a report against E-Vapes Potential bait switch ... Sold broken product yet rung up on cashier kiosk rather than scanning bar code. The attempted returns for only exchange was being discouraged by that particular sales associate for some reason. The cahier was courteous then, as well as at time of the sale, yet products weren't compatible & the vape pen was broken. I had to get a ride back to the store where the purchase was made on Washington Ave twice! I had to return to E-Vapes store twice on the broken product sold, not to mention the $22 Bottle of juice sold w/ vape pen isn't compatible & just that would burn the juice. Besides the other technical difficulties now was nothing but a paperweight due to being damaged or broke already & person knowing I had a ride there possibly sold the broken one. Attempting to continue to use it I was smoking burnt juice & the mouthpiece wouldn't stay inside the unit. I hope that isn't the case, yet the other cashier on the SECOND attempt to get it fixed or exchanged & I was refused exchange for the ACTUAL PRODUCT OF THE NOVO 4 THAT WAS SOLD broken & was the original purchase & yet this cashier implying I didn't get it from their & m$43.99. He, the cashier, was saying that the product didn't come from their store & the receipt shows a NOVO 2 was sold for $32.99, instead of that purchased the NOVO 4 & after making several calls said I can give you the NOVO 2 for the exchange or you can pay the difference & then we'll give you the NOVO 4! Just over a $60 purchase paid w/ cash & this establishment refused provide what was sold originally & the video surveillance would prove the purchase & what was discussed! It isn't the patron's fault the product they sold was broke & their cashier rung up the wrong product somehow. W/o actually calling me a thief, he was acting like he's doing me a favor 'giving me the NOVO 2'! I need not prove who I am to get what I paid for the first time! Considering I requested speak with the owner & was refused & also requested speak w/ the person that sold me this crap & again refused.
