We aren't children and we don't have the time, energy or inclination to come in multiple times a month. I don't do that at the pharmacy, why would I do that here. I've been visiting this establishment, once a month, since it opened. The employees taught me how to use my points and how to combine them for rewards. Today apparently everyone had been doing it wrong. It has been decided instead of honoring the precedent that they set and then state going forward we will use points differently, I was spoken to very rudely and unprofessionally. A fake acting, unprofessional ,rude manager intervened and made things worse. She made sure everyone heard her. The kind bud tender help me rework my order then the manager had it wrung incorrectly. When I pointed that out, I was called rude. The math was corrected and the manager threw my money back at me. The organization needs to understand you have patients, not " customers". You need to realize exactly what your purpose is. Your not a head shop.

It would be so much nicer if they at least had a website even a free, or a basic one, that posts current hours, prices for sizes of bottles, and a basic flavor list, along with names of brands of commonly stocked disposables would be nice, maybe even a couple pictures of the "headier" side of the store would be nice. I hope you take this as nothing but constructive criticism please feel free to message me if you have any further questions if you want to chat about website options or if you might want some help doing so, my email address is Ryanthwarren@gmail.com
