This museum could be pretty good, but it needs work. The mannequins are frightful, and not in a good way. They either need to be replaced with new ones, or removed. A dress form would be better then those ghastly things.
The signage needs improvement, preferably in multiple languages (or with pamphlets in multiple languages to accompany). Sometimes there was no sign at all (such as parts of the garden). Much of the time the signage was inadequate. For example, there was lots of information about the history of the inquisition (in Spanish only) and on the castles in the region (in both Spanish and English I think), but not much information about each of the torture devices which is (lets me honest) why we're here.
