We brought Baci Blu home at eight weeks old, and we have been amazed by how sweet, confident, curious, and intelligent she is. We have only had Baci for four days, and she is already settling beautifully into her new life. She is sleeping well in her crate, exploring new places with confidence, and becoming completely comfortable in our home. She has already learned come, sit, down, and roll, and is working on a wave. We are amazed by how quickly she learns. What has impressed us most is the foundation Anne gave her. Baci came to us having been loved, handled, socialized, and raised with such thoughtful attention to both her physical and emotional well-being. Anne also took the time to share Baci's food, routines, personality, and everything that would help make her transition easier. I contacted Anne approximately 6 months prior to the time I wanted to get a bernedoodle pup. She…read morewas very responsive to email, sent pictures of previous litters and answered some of my questions. Before fully committing and giving my deposit I had a wonderful phone conversation with Anne. Once my deposit was received communication became almost non existent. In our previous conversations she stated that she would keep me posted on the pups arrival as well as growth/progress. This was also stated in the contract I signed. I sent multiple emails and phone calls that went unanswered. Only after multiple attempts to get in touch with Anne did I receive the bare minimum of information. I only ever received two group pictures of the pups once they were born. A few weeks prior to the go home date I became concerned as I had not picked out a pup yet. Finally two weeks prior to our pick up date Anne reached out to tell me this litter of pups was projecting to be 2-3x the size that was anticipated (I was looking to get a mini). I was also disheartened to learn that all the males except one was already spoken for. Anne never told me where I was on the list but said she helps each person pick a puppy. Ultimately, I decided to forgo my deposit. I felt that Anne was breeding too many dogs at once and had too many puppies to really make her facility ethical. I feel that she was too busy with all the puppies in her care to allow her the communication with the buyers that is necessary when adopting a puppy, especially seeing how expensive her dogs are. I would be very cautious getting a pup from Anne. I was thoroughly disappointed in the process and would not get a puppy from black briar bernedoodles.

She visited Sunny three times a day to walk, feed/water, and spend time with him. She brought in packages that were delivered while we were gone, and even offered to shovel our snow for us! Tracy is kind, considerate, polite, and has a ton of experience with animals. I am thrilled I found someone I can fully trust to take care of Sunny for all of our future vacations. We couldn't get a return message or phone call on the days leading up to meeting with Emily. Upon looking into Franklins Boxers, we could find no such registered business listed on state of countrywide searches, we found no such company, LLC, etc. EIN. registered with the IRS, and I couldn't find and proof that they actually register their dogs with AKC or any other such authority. These people are fraudsters to their potential customers and we will be recommending them to the AKC, the SPCA, the IRS and the CT State Department of Consumer Protection.

Jill is the absolute BEST petsitter I've ever had. I trust her completely with my 2 cats and 1…read moredog, as well as with watering our plants, taking in mail, etc, etc. Her rates are very reasonable, and she'll travel through much of Rhode Island, especially the Providence area. Jill's vet tech skills also put our minds at ease while we're away. Should anything happen (which hasn't happened yet), I trust her completely to make a quick and responsible decision about how to handle any situation thrown at her. My cat was diabetic, requiring 2 insulin needle injections daily. Jill put me at ease before I'd even met her in person because she had cared for her own diabetic cat. She knew the kind of care, patience, and monitoring necessary for special needs pets. When we go out of town, we make arrangements over e-mail, and then receive text (or e-mail updates) while we're gone, sometimes with pics of our pets attached. Jill is incredibly responsive, over phone, text, and e-mail. For me, full communication is key. In addition, there is always a handwritten note from Jill when we return, which provides a full rundown of the pets' activities. Our apartment looks exactly as we left it. Most importantly, Jill knows animals. We have a couple shy pets, and she knows when not to push animals if they're not ready. But honestly, even the shy pets warmed up and trusted her quite quickly. That's my favorite part of working with Jill - knowing the bond she forms with each of our pets, on the terms that are best for each of them.

He had very little training and was quite reactive in new situations, often losing his cool ...and barking. He is now in a calm state of mind and able to learn and handle new challenges. She sent daily pictures, managed his finicky eating habits, and gave him lots of play. Our cat is very wary of strangers but we got a pic of Cate and him hanging out together!!! She's clearly a whiz with cats.
