I live in the Bay Area and was looking for a particular type of guitar. Went on ChatGPT and it…read morerecommended the guitar that had most of the specs I was interested in from their website. I had never heard of Humbucker Music but they seemed legit, so I hastily ordered it while I was at work. When I got home that evening, I realized there was one spec in particular that I really needed but was not on the guitar, so I emailed them right away to place the order on hold, even if I had already paid for it. The following morning, I get an email from Brian and he told me he put my order on hold as requested. I checked their website again to find a guitar that suits me better, but sadly didn't quite find the right one. So I asked to cancel the order and within a minute I get an email confirming the cancellation. No hassle, no drama, no problem. I loved that. Told him I will gladly do business with them again in the future because now I know I can really trust them. And to me, that alone deserves a great review.

Richards, Fowkes & Co. are indeed one of the finest organ builders in the world…read more A measure of their quality is that they were the first American organ builder to be asked to build a pipe organ for a major London church (St. George, Hanover Square, where Teddy Roosevelt was married). Many years ago, I was attending a graduate organ recital in the Netherlands and happened to mention to some Dutch organ students that my church had a Richards, Fowkes organ, and they burst out saying, "Oh, they're one of the best builders today", which showed how the Richards, Fowkes reputation gets around. Their design process is meticulous, their manufacturing processes are precise, and the tonal finishing is superb. There are perhaps only half a dozen organ builders in the world that can compare with them. The waiting list for Richards, Fowkes organs is in years, but the quality of the product is worth the wait.
