Love this place! They've always been great with helping me order specialty guitars (I'm a lefty, and I have unique tastes and needs, so it can be really difficult to find what I want), and they've saved my rear in a serious way when my keyboard decided to die right before a gig. Not only did they get me an excellent quality rental for a really good rate, but they got my keyboard back in my hands in under two weeks, and for a really great repair price! I'm outside of Music Pro right now.....and they are closed for Boxing Day. I came last week, they were closed Sunday. I came back and found a nice Gibson LP traditional that I wanted to buy. I drove 30 minutes today to buy the guitar....and they are closed. I'll just order online and get it considerably cheaper. No sense paying extra for local service if they are never open. Multiple cars have pulled up and drove away while I've been writing this review. Very disappointing. read more

I beg to differ with some of these reviews. It seems some people expect to not hear music in a music store, expect it to be open all the time and don't have the foresight to call ahead or just have been weened and need to have a time out. I've been to the store fairly often and have been treated fairly and the repairs and adjustments are very reasonable. I have seen amateur guitarists ask for ridiculous things from the repair staff and heard shredder wannabees banging away on expensive gear. That is to be expected in a retail store. I guess if your not a wanker to the staff, you won't get treated like a wanker. read more

I've been in Music Pro several times now. I think the store is great, organized and clean. The ukulele selection has improved which is fantastic. Great ukulele brands from Kala, Luna, Lanikai and Ortega. Went in to get my girlfriend set up with a new beginner level guitar, he explained the difference of price point, quality of guitar and sound. Also played a little to really hear the sound of each one. Great store, lots to choose from and quite a few experts in the store. Always nice to see and try product in store rather than purchase online. Cannot compare online to In store experience with instruments. So I'd say go here and check it out . read more

Easily the worst music store I've ever been to. Prices are terrible, staff are annoying. Hate it.

This place has almost everything. From guitars to drums to speaker sets to keyboards... It is conveniently located and customer service has improved. Although a lot of the stuff is very expensive, most of it is new and unused. I have bout couple of guitars and guitar gear from here and I remain satisfied. 4 stars. read more

Was there on the weekend looking at acoustics with my wife, we were the only people in there as it had just opened, a store employee came over and plugged in an acoustic and played loud enough that I could barely talk to my wife. Once we made our way to the other side of the store he stopped, almost felt like we were being shoo'd. Very arrogant. I've bought many guitars at The Arts (my main store, they know me by name), Cosmo Music, Steve's, LA Music, Long & McQuade... and always great service. I've made road trips of visiting new music stores. The selection is very lacking, and although they had the guitar I wanted to buy in stock, they certainly turned me off of it. read more
