Went here today! This place was worth the visit. You are able to tour one of the apartments built during the GDR and then cross the hall and see how they've renovated them for people to live in today. It was neat to see what they were like when first built and the conditions that the people used to live in. The tour guide was also very knowledgeable. I also loved that they let you open all the cabinets and touch the old stuff to get a better picture how it was different from what we have today. Also, it's all free! read more
