I've lived in over six apartments across the country, and unfortunately, the fees here are among…read morethe worst I've encountered. My final bill included charges for: Parking fee, Common Area Electricity, Common Area Gas, Drainage Admin, Environmental Protection Fee, Final Drainage Admin, Final Sewer Base Charge, Final Sewer Charge, Final Storm Drainage Fees, Final Water Base Charge, Final Water Charge, Rent, Rent Service Fee, Sewer Base Charge, Sewer Charge, Storm Drainage Fees, Trash, Valet Trash, Water Base Charge, Water Charge, Full Clean Needed, Extra Heavy Clean Charge, Sheetrock Repairs Needed, Trash Out Needed - 1 Bag Total. I've moved out from all my previous apartments across the country and have never charged more than $100 before - Although I have missed something, even if I double-checked, there's no way I left a bag of trash inside. I had a negative living experience here. The external fan could be very noisy, I would advise double check if there are any external fans, especially if you choose the first floor. I have multiple outside my window, and I had to move my bed to living room for weeks, the maintenance is quick to respond, but after two fixes, the noise is still evident. Video for the fan noise: https://youtube.com/shorts/Ymyrzc1tbho?feature=share The heater is inefficient due to its age, I was charged very high electricity fee for a 1-bedroom apartment. Also please be noticed some units don't have washer and dryer installed, you need to spend additional ~$45 per month to rent one, which they did not mention before signing. On a positive note, the staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. This is not a complaint against any specific staff member. The location is good and the apartment is true to size.

Super helpful staff and easy move in! We really like the complex and the layout of the apartments…read more Location is great and walking to restaurants and shops is great. We can see ourselves staying here for a while!

They went out of their way to make sure I had all of the information I needed and made sure to provide any additional information that could help me make my decision. While on my tour I also had the pleasure of meeting two members of the maintenance team, one cleaning carpet in the hallway and one presumably of the make ready team. Both were friendly and professional. Each apartment I visited was clean and well done. I can't wait to move in and make Burnett lofts my home!

Update to this review - My washer has been broken for a month and i have went done to the office 6 times and the wont fix it. Living here has been nothing but a headache. The management is completely incompetent and unresponsive. The amenities are a joke--they're either "under repair" or "waiting on coding." The pool, for example, was closed for half the summer because they couldn't bother to handle the coding during the winter. It's clear they don't plan ahead or prioritize residents' needs. The gates? They've never worked and that caused my truck to be torn apart by thieves. The total damage was over $8,000... Trash bins? Also broken, leaving garbage piling up and making the complex look disgusting. Parking is an absolute nightmare. Not only can you not park on the same floor you live on, but they've given away most of the spaces to the city and Higginbotham Insurance. It's insulting to residents who pay a premium to live here. And they have the audacity To keep trying to go up on rent every year. Bike room? never completed, so you will have to keep it in your apartment. I'm guessing Greystar is really to blame. Any place they seem to manage turns into an absolute dumpster fire. Save yourself the frustration and look somewhere else. This place is overpriced, poorly managed, and not worth the hassle.

Apartments come with all the stuff you would expect in a corporate apartment - fully furnishings, washer dryer, pots & pans... I find that this was so well furnished as any other bigger corporate housing companies, but at a much affordable price. The service was pretty good, most of the requests were taken care of within a day both by the corporate housing company as well as the apartment community. Charles who handled our move-in was very professional, helpful and offered us a very good deal on the rental The apartment where we stayed (clover on the ridge) was close to walmart, cvs pharma, panda express .... And it is about 2 exits from Hulen mall and other businesses.

One phone call and within an hour I had a one bedroom furnished apartment secured near downtown with parking and amenities included. I stayed there almost two months. Check in and check out were clearly communicated. They were responsive the whole time including a couple of times I had maintenance issues and when I needed them to pick up a package for me. I got my full deposit back at the end. Moving is stressful, and having something like this go so smoothly really goes a long way.
