The instructor was Madi, who welcomed us at the door and ensured we had all the paint we needed and were set up properly for the class. She was a fabulous instructor, patient and encouraging us along the way, even when our paintings were no work of art! There was a group ranging in age from their 20s to 60s, celebrating a birthday in the Splatter Room who were having a hoot and you couldn't help but smile when they came out, covered in paint and laughing. It's nice to see this business back up and running with a dedicated staff who want to ensure you have a wonderful time. Give it a try with a group of friends - you can't help but enjoy it!

I have taken their blanket workshop as well as a wine down Wednesday class. The available projects are all unique and the process is very easy and enjoyable. They have every detail covered and it is very excited at the end of class to see everyone's finished project. Basically everyone I know will be getting projects from here as gifts for birthday and holidays. The possibilities are endless, and I actually feel a little artistic. Check it out, bring a friend.

I came here for a free open mic comedy night on a Monday. It was like an express comedy show. There…read morewere comedians going up giving their bits and then finishing quite quickly. Some of them I found to be very funny. Others were just working on some jokes and testing it on an audience in a judge free space. The room is like a small garage, and it's very intimate. It's almost like a little hidden gem. It appeared that most of the audience were comedians practicing their bit. I came here to meet up with some friends. The peach has a Mexican restaurant as well as a lot of local art studios. But at the time I was there (late in the evening on a weeknight) the studios were closed. Parking is a little bit odd. There are very limited spaces in the lot. But there is lots of street parking. The night I was there though, I had to park a little far away. The event was free, and so was the parking which was great. I would love to come back and explore more art experiences. The show was chaotic, but well run.

I've now done 2 events with Splash Art Class and they were both such wonderful experiences: fun, engaging, relaxing, an all around good time. The events I attended were at a Country Club, however she travels wherever you may need her: work event, bridal shower/bachelorette party, girls night and even kids events! Long story short, I have some small crafting background, but nothing compares to how well Nicole can paint. She grew up around art and it is so evident that she is passionate about art itself and teaching others too. Every event we start off the first few steps of painting and I lose hope for my picture turning out as it should, but in the end I LOVE the final results. If you're looking for a something fun and different to do, whether a party or just a get together, give Nicole a call, you won't regret it!

I just wanted something pink and made a really adorable candle with the "merlot" glass (more like fuchsia) and the scents I picked were honey, tonka, and orange blossom. My candle turned out to be the perfect combination of sweet citrus gourmand. Would definitely return for candle refill as well.
