I went to Massage LUXE, in Stock Plaza Naples Florida because I received a gift coupon for one hour massage to this establishment. On October 23, 2025, the day I had the gifted massage I was offered a discounted price per month if I signed their agreement and the first massage under the agreement was $20.00 which I paid in CASH that day. The lady skimmed over the terms but as it turned out she omitted substantial details of the terms of the agreement to my detriment. The lady said she would send the agreement to me and I trusted her to do so. I told her I will come back in November for my $20.00 massage and she said OKAY. I never received the agreement by email which I had given to her along with my phone number. When I called to schedule the November massage I said to her by phone I will be using my $20.00 prepaid massage. I received no response to my statement. On November 25, 2025 I returned for my $20.00 massage. When I walked in the lady wanted my credit card to charge for the massage. I said I had prepaid $20.00 for the first massage under the monthly agreement. She said no you are late and need to pay now. She said you missed the deadline. I was confused. We went back and forth and then I realized they were verbally quoting a monthly term but they actually put me on a 30-day term and started the term on 10/23 without my knowledge. She said it is in the agreement. I said you never sent it to me and if you had trouble sending it you should have called me which they did not. I then asked for my $20.00 back and they refused to return it. I said you cannot take my money and not provide the agreed upon service, i.e. the massage.
