*my review is a bit late but better late than never right?…read more I came across this law firm randomly last year when I was in the need for an immigration lawyer and found exactly what I was looking for! We initially met with Chirag Patel, a very personable man who took some time on a sunday to accommodate us since that was the only day we had available. He spent a couple hours discussing our situation and answered any questions we had; he did not rush us nor did he disregard any question. There after, we worked mainly with Dawn Sequiera and she is great! A very energetic lady who is quick to respond to emails, phone calls, messages, etc. She answers everything in great detail and met with us for another couple hours to review our case before our date. The day of our interview, she arrived before us and prepared all our paperwork so that things run smoothly. Overall, we were very happy with our experience! Oh and a side note, they do random follow ups to make sure everything is going well with us.

I provided them with an agenda a head of time so they could prepare and make plenty of time to go over everything. When I showed up no one was ready and had to wait almost an hour. When we got into the conference room I gave them a copy of the agenda and Avery asked what that was and I told is was the agenda I sent to both of them over two weeks. Immediately she goes into lawyer mode and starts arguing with me and I must over have told her over 5 times I am here not to argues but to discuss everything like an adult. She could not understand what it was like to talk and not argue. She refused to discuss anything on the agenda and only retuned a number of files and when I asked why she had no reason but said she only picks winner cases and kept them. She from past experience was 99% correct. When I went back to the office she only kept she kept the people with bad credit. I stopped talking to Avery and only spoke with Kerri afterwards due to her lack of professionalism. Avery is great in court but absolutely horrible with customer service and should not be interacting with any customers.

Ms. Strachan has always been professional and direct and as my attorney I had complete confidence in her. I even seen her in court one day when a friend of my was in renters court and after speaking to her about his situation she represented him for free. My friend was very happy. Anyway, I've searched around for different attorneys in her area of expertise and she is right at the top of the list and I see no reason to jump ship! Ms. Strachan, if you happen to see this review I just want to say thank you for all that you have done for my friends and I!

My late husband was involved in a tragic road rage incident that I believe ultimately resulted in his untimely death. Unfortunately the perpetrator of this act was not held responsible as the victim, my dear husband, died. However, immediately after the incident we had engaged the counsel services of Ms. Ortega. Chelsea went out of her way to ensure that the incidents of that day were thoroughly documented, witnesses procured, photographs cataloged, etc. In addition, all documents needed to make sure that the events leading up to the attack, the medical care needed, and after he passed away were clearly identified. At this point our only recourse was to attempt to receive a settlement from our auto insurance company. Of course nothing could have brought him back, but the suffering he endured as well as my pain of loss demanded some sort of compensation. The process was painful, reliving the incident, reviewing the terrible photos and the discussion in general. Chelsea made sure that I was prepared through all of these meetings. Ultimately we resolved the case out of court through the mediation process. Chelsea was firm with the opposing counsel, yet her main concern was my welfare. That I was happy with the outcome. She wanted to make sure that I wasn't being torn apart by the whole situation. I'd say the office of Santoni, Vocci & Ortega, LLC will definitely help you get the outcome you desire.
