My search came up with Automotive Powertrain. I was able to get an appointment today and was impressed with the courteous, professional manner I was treated. I asked Darren if I could wait for my car and he said it was going to take time to examine and determine what was wrong. He mentioned they provide free van service so I could leave my car and when service was completed, the van would pick me up at home and take me back to the stop. Jeff took me home and I waited a few hours before Darren called to say the coolant lines were leaking, the gasket needed to be replaced, and they would take it for a test drive before he would call me to say it was ready. Darren said it should be ready today and also gave me a price quote. Around 3:00PM I spoke to Darren and said if my car would be ready today, I would have to leave within the next 20 minutes to take the bus to the shop before they closed at 5:00PM. Darren said the van was leaving to pick me up. To my surprise in about 10 minutes Jeff was outside my house in my car! He wanted me to test drive back to the shop. Darren said there would be no charge if I brought my car in two weeks later to see if there were any leaks. I told Darren I was so glad I took my car to Automotive Powertrain.
