As it was morning, there were already showers available so we didn't wait. I got the confirmation immediately. We got our stuff together and headed in. Easy to dial the confirmation number into our designated shower, step inside and lock the door behind us. Inside, a big private space. And CLEAN. Sink, toilet and shower, complete with towels. They only have the same soap that is used at the sinks in the washroom, but that's okay - we were prepared. Mrs. K. and I had our showers and we feel a TON more human now. Clean! Service after the sale is not good. We have had to question the charges almost every time we have the truck serviced. Remember the extended warranty doesn't cover everything. They would find something that wasn't covered every time. So that being said the truck was brought in for air conditioner. My husband got there at 2pm. The air conditioner WAS working and it would stop after awhile. During the process something happen to the machine they claim a filter had to be changed. Four hours later no air condition at all. They broke the air conditioner. So now they want to charge me $2400 for something they finished off. How do I know if whatever needs to be fixed that they broke it. I have bought several new vehicles and this company has been by far the worse to deal with. Buyers beware do your research. Get everything in writing. Stay away from extended warranties it is money in their pockets I was told from manager.

The staff at this location was extremely friendly and helpful and being my visit here late on Sunday afternoon with no other customers in the store both were quick to start a conversation. This is a very clean store inside and out so there's no doubt the employees here take pride in their work place - I use this product and found the price was comparable to what I'd pay in Florida except for the extremely high sales tax. This is definitely a store I'd return to in the future...

The only station I know which has an air hose to use at no cost! They have a coin operated air/water machine, which could be used when the station is closed (Sat/Sun.), as they do not leave the hoses out after hours. The pumps will work for credit/debit cards after hours. I purchase my gas here regularly and recommend others to do the same and help support a family owned business.

If I made this trip again I'd probably pick another place to fuel up and avoid this place altogether, the entrance was fairly easy access but the traffic on the front road was pretty frustrating when I went to exit. The staff here is so friendly and welcoming and you're in for a big surprise after walking through the doors, this store is filled with souvenirs and gifts items with just about any kind of snacks you can imagine. The restrooms are immaculate and spacious you can see the team here understands what's important to travelers. I picked up a cute wooden refrigerator magnet for the RV that documents our visit with the store's theme and location. There are always interesting places to stop while traveling and Henry's is among the great ones in my opinions...

I stopped here to charge my car while traveling home after working long hours on a healthcare assignment. My emotional-support animal was wearing an ESA harness, yet an employee attempted to deny us entry, even though I personally watched several other customers enter and leave with dogs without being questioned. Unfortunately, my travel route required me to stop at this location twice. During my second visit, I overheard the same employee whispering to another worker about me and my animal. She said that she had already addressed us before and was now going to "let us do whatever we wanted." Shortly afterward, the other worker approached me and demanded to see my dog's "papers." Meanwhile, the other customers with dogs were not approached or asked to provide documentation. I explained the situation to employees at the neighboring gas station, and they told me they had heard about similar experiences involving this location. The way I was singled out, watched, discussed, and confronted made me feel unwelcome and racially targeted. Spend your money somewhere that treats every customer with equal dignity and respect. If you are Black, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Unfortunately the "bug cleaning stations" were all filled with people and more people were waiting for their turn so I chose the $20 Premium Wash which I knew would only do a decent job and felt it would be worth the price if it cleaned the windshield and partially clear the front grill and hood and once I returned home I could take advantage of my unlimited wash program. I was very mostly happy with the results as well as the condition of the equipment here, looks like the place is well maintained and the staff was very friendly and the pre-wash chemicals did their job, of course it couldn't remove every single bug hence the need for the bug cleaning stations but I was happy and never had to leave the comfort of the air conditioning.
