Usually it's good customer service when both registers are open... Not very often !! 7-8-2026 yesterday, I pumped $20.08 regular gas in my vehicle. Next day I look at my bank app and Murphy's charged me $308.20.... WTF Called Murphy's and girl told me that it happens a lot and the over gouging would return to my bank account.. but doesn't know when... Will update my review if my $$$ is returned soon. read more

Murphy USA allowed an employee to steal a Customer's Credit Card information and they did not take any action. the District Manager was a guy named John. His boss, JJ, was made aware of this and they did not fire the employee after he ordered Pizza Hut and was delivered around 9:30pm. This was a couple of years ago. Please do not use your Debit and or Credit Card there. The guy was a regular and he refused to go there after this happened. Murphy USA loves dishonest employees. read more
