Was headed out of town and needed breakast. (Forgot it was Sunday and that Chick-Fil-A was…read moreclosed.) As soon as I saw a QT, I immediately pulled in. The QT Kitchens are great for food, especially their ready-made area for grab-n-go food. Normally, I get two sausage biscuits, but this time I grabbed one sausage and one chicken. The sausage biscuit was great, as usual; however, the chicken tasted a little spongy. Oh well! The clerk behind the counter was especially friendly and took care of me with great joy that I could tell was genuine. The premises looked incredibly clean and well taken care of. QT's are always great to stop for whatever life throws my way.

Last week, due to digital coupons doubling points on certain days of the week you shop, we saved $ 0.80 a gallon. That is a huge savings, especially with the gas prices constantly going up. Every little bit helps. Because I don't drive a lot, the points really add up when I fill up every other week. This gas station is easy to get in and out, except on Fridays and Saturdays. I tried to explain to him that 4 draws were not 4 tickets that it was for morning, day, afternoon and night. He started to tell me again that I was wrong. He wouldn't take time to hear me. He started to be loud in front of vendors. I politely told him I work myself for a gas station. So he started to ask me how long have been working in a gas station. Well I said 5 years so he started to say that he has been working longer that me and made me fill like an idiot. So I said I dont want those tickets it's not what I want. He said I was wrong and he wouldn't take them back. So I left and he was still talking about me. So I talk to my manager and in afternoon we went back to your store. She told him how bad he treated me and he was still arguing with my manager. So she bought a ticket exactly like I told him earlier. She told him to apologize to me that you do not treat customers that way....That was my experience in your store and it was very bad and very unpleasant. I felt humiliated. So customer service was not at all there yesterday morning.
