The technician found that the headrest had not been set up by the delivery crew. After checking for the cause of the popping sound, she reported that the sound was most likely caused by the fabric catching and she hoped that the popping would stop after a week and assured me if it continued to call Green River in a week and they would look into it further. 10 days later the popping is still occurring and when I called this time, there tone had changed. Instead of assisting to fix the problem, they stated that the popping noise was coming from the fabric and if they sent out a technician and they thought that it was caused by the fabric I would have to pay a service call fee. I was hoping that they would stand behind the products they sell, this defect was there the day they delivered the chairs, they know that, but are unwilling to address the issue.

When asked where his mask was he pointed to his pocket and kept wiping down the carts. My husband spoke to the service desk. Nothing was done. When my husband came back out of the store the person was still "cleaning" the carts without a masks. So we Know the carts at Lowes aren't clean and mandates are being ignored. It is bad enough that they don't have their employees follow state rules but to have that person be maskless for a sanitizing job is inexcusable. Lowes is not on board.

Had I known in store, I could have made better decision. Now out several hundred more for plumber to come by and turn water valve off AND pay them (3rd party vendor form Lowes) to have it "installed" After this experience, slim chance I will ever set foot in Lowes ever again, or anyone else in my immediate circle. The salespeople need to be upfront with the customer, just my humble opinion. They were kind enough to throw me a $15 e gift card for my trouble.
