When we needed to replace some trim that had rotted at the bottom of the sliding glass door, he came up with a less expensive, very effective fix. Santos speaks English well, and Spanish, of course. His bilingual skills came in handy when we had to deal with a non-English speaking HOA contractor who was doing yard work around the perimeter of my mom's condo. Sooooo, it was pretty much a no brainer to go with Bryan and Heidi at fresh coat. They were professional, showed up on a time (both for the quote and the project), gave me a quote that same day and made sure we were happy before we paid our remaining balance. It did take them extra day and one light got broken but to be realistic these things are pretty normal and happen when you have contractors in your home. Might as well do it yourself.. Also, without major floor prep, it won't stick well or be what you want. Musselman's use something other than epoxy and can talk the science about it with you.
