Let me just start off by saying...this is the first review I have ever written. I figured that with…read morethe exceptional service I got today, I owed them a positive one! I bought a deal off groupon but before purchasing the deal, I called to make sure they had room available for me when I was free. They didn't answer me so I left a message. Within a few minutes, they called me back. The man over the phone was super friendly unlike most garages you deal with. The place was tricky to find but eventually I found it. Even when I got there, the service continued to be great. The mechanic allowed me to bring my car in the garage and then checked to see what the issue was with my brakes. What's even better is that when he told me I'd need to get my disks changed, he even brought me to see my used up disks and explained me what was wrong with them. I could see for myself that he was right and that they would need to be changed. The easy-going man at the front desk called to find out how much the parts were going to be. He didn't charge me for the labor which was nice as the labor was only included to get the pads changed (as the groupon deal stated). As they ordered the parts, I left my car in their hands. Within minutes my phone was ringing, notifying me that my car was ready! Truly an exceptional service. Super friendly and honest. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs their brakes changed or who needs an oil change! Furthermore, their parts are guaranteed for life! Finally, I was able to bargain a tiny bit which put the cherry right on top! ;)

He was prompt and efficient. Then I met the salespersons Kevork with the guidance of Jacob; both persons were amiable, helpful and understood my need. They did their very best to help with all our questions. We also went for a test drive, which solidified my decision about Spark. After the finalization, the finance department called for my credit check. The phone conversation went very smoothly. Then I received the call from Kevork to pick up my car. I was super excited. The last part with all the signing of papers with Julie went perfectly well. I didn't feel hassled or pushed during this purchase. Finally, the car became mine. Overall, I had a good service.

I came to Subaru Montreal well-researched on the Crosstrek, and even though I was able to find the car cheaper elsewhere, I wanted to try my hand at this dealership because of the better reviews they had than others. Ilan was honest, knowledgeable, and didn't pressure me at all. I was able to negotiate a good price on an excellent used car, and Subaru Montreal was transparent and forthcoming enough that I was able to know the history of the vehicle and previous owner, and could buy without any real concern. A month later, I embarked on a 19,305 km roadtrip through western Canada, the U.S. (the South, the pacific coast, and mid-west), and even parts of Mexico. The car held up like a dream, and despite driving through rugged mountain scapes, desert, snow, and L.A. traffic, I didn't even have so much as a flat tire. It even served as a comfortable place to sleep with enough space to set up a bed in the back for those rainier/colder nights when camping wouldn't cut it. As others have pointed out, the nature of the car sales business can foster a dishonest and selfish culture (capitalism, amirite?), but the staff at Subaru Montreal have somehow found way to enjoy good sales while being able to sleep easy at night knowing they aren't swindling less auto-savvy customers. I, too, sleep easy knowing where to go for my next car purchase. Thanks, Subaru Montreal!
