The music was an eclectic mix of pop, folk, alternative, and classic rock. The bar is Charles Darwin-themed with abundant evolution and Darwin paraphernalia around the bar. I tried the Balimero. The flavor was unusual but complex. Overall, I had a good experience at Darwin's and would recommend them for cocktails in Salzburg.

The bar has a rocky ceiling that creates the atmosphere of a bar built into a cave. At the beginning of our visit, they played American rock from the early 2000s before switching to German rock from the same period. I ordered the Caipirinha. My drink was of poor quality and had a low liquid-to-container ratio. Overall, I would not recommend Flip even though it seems like a cool spot.
