Then the hostess came up and was very friendly but a bit countercultural by rural southern standards. She knew her stuff though and was an absolute awesome waitress. Not sure I saw anyone else working out front. She seated you took your order and brought you your food she seemed to know the locals. Then the roll's appeared! Wow awesome surprise. And they tasted good so huge win. So I deducted a star for cleanliness but this place food wise and service wise is five star. I ordered the Shrimp Pad Thai which was quite delicious, one of the better versions in town. I counted 8 large shrimp covered by both thin and medium wide noodles which was odd and made it a little heavier but it worked for me on a certain level. The flavors were spot on Thai with that delicious mix of sweet, sour and salty. My only suggestion would be to get a little more scrambled egg and bean sprouts to lighten the heaviness of the rice noodles. My main sticking point is that they apparently don't offer lunch portions. The portions are dinner sized @ $17.99 but it's just far too much food for me and I'm not a fan of leftovers. I ordered fried rice with my meal and the fried rice was cooked perfectly and was very flavorful. The chef did a great job seasoning the rice and, even as a take-out meal, the presentation was great. The chicken was also cooked to perfection. It was moist and flavorful; with a generous portion provided. The noodles were also very good and seasoned well. Thoughtfully, the kitchen staff had cut the noodles into sections that didn't require the noodles to be rolled up on your fork. This eliminates the annoying and usually ever present flinging of sauce from noodles. Overall, I would have to honestly say that this is some of the best about you that I've ever had.
