She services the San Jose area and I needed an interpreter in the Sacramento area. Knowing that it was going to be expensive for me and more money for her she could have given me an interpreter and charged me an arm and leg. It is hard to find anyone that gives free advice now-a-days, but I was amazed at her honesty and willing-fullness to help. If you need an interpreter in the Bay Area, then give California Interpreters Network a call. It doesn't get honester than this...I swear. Thanks again Patricia.

In Elena, you will find a consummate professional--a woman with an optimistic, patient, responsible, honest, respectful, and punctual attitude. She is the ideal person to assist you as a translator because her personal and professional qualities provide the peace of mind you need during the tense and stressful moments of the interview. My husband speaks English, but we hired her to help me because my English is basic; I couldn't risk an officer telling me they didn't understand my limited English proficiency. So, don't jeopardize your interview if your English isn't strong. Some questions involve complex, highly technical language. Thank you very much, Elena! Sincerely, Rosa Arrieta
