It's mostly about the chemical products. I've never cleaned my own carpet or had carpet service, so I'd rather have a professional do it. Gave Sonya's a call and spoke with Paul. I was able to get a same day appointment. He showed up pretty much on time. The quote he told me over the phone was exact with the on-site quote. Only probably because I was very descriptive. The cool thing is that they have a list of what services and how much they are. So no bullshit up-pricing. I also asked him to do my futon. All prices were reasonable. His customer service is excellent. Very friendly, polite and courteous. So nothing to worry about. To the quality and workmanship.
