Before I hired him, people told me it was pointless to even try to get anything financial from my spouse. But thanks to Attorney Plantz, I was able to get a portion of my ex's retirement! He worked hard to make that happen, and without him, I wouldn't be in a solid spot for the future. As a teacher, I also really appreciated that he was affordable and understanding. I'm so thankful for all the effort he put in. Truly grateful!

She is incompetent, unprofessional, lazy, late, and lies…read more My client hired her for her child custody case. What a mistake! She loves criminals and defending them. She told my client and myself many things that were simply untrue. She is condescending and a narcissist. She was simply the worst attorney I could have ever chosen. She went above and beyond to NOT help my client with her child custody agreement. When listening to the way she speaks, acts and approaches your case you can tell she absolutely hates women. She absolutely hated my client and said the most horrible things to my client. I could not believe the language coming out of her mouth. You would think she was the opposing sides attorney. What is worse is my client paid her to be misrepresented in court, mistreated, gas lighted, and made a point to misspeak, misrepresent and misinform my client. What is even worse, she told my client an amount of money needed for an appointment and upon appointment, the prices was changed and upon arrival the cost was 350.00 dollars more. She is unethical, barbaric in her language manner and attitude.

I hired her to help with enforcing two court ordered judgements and the past due arrearage of child…read moresupport from the non custodial parent. Well she cancelled a court hearing I scheduled before I hired her without notifying me. I showed up to court only to find out that she decided to cancel the hearing that I had waited months to get two weeks prior to the the hearing. When I called to find out what happened she told me it was a scheduling conflict. In essence she prioritized something else at the last minute and failed to notify or discuss the cancellation with me. I paid a $2500 retainer in advance, she charges $250 an hour. She was non responsive for the first 2 1/2 months. Not returning calls rarely returning emails. Things began to escalate with my ex spouse and she actually started to communicate via text and email and a call here and there. What I didn't realize is she used this opportunity to excessively charge my retainer. We had not made it to court and she sent me a bill that had exceeded my retainer by $679.00 due upon receipt. She then sent me a notice of intent to terminate my agreement if she did not receive payment in 10 days. I reviewed the invoice and found errors in large amounts where she over charged me by $500.00. She had several line items where she charged me different amounts for the same item. Ex. $50 to make a call to OC and leave a message. She charged me this at least 10 times. She also demanded payment of the $179 to continue. At the supp hearing she was ill prepared and non effective in getting me anything for my judgement even though she charged me to subpoena my ex's employer for an interrogatory, bank statements, and financials. In court she only presented the hand written interrogatory. She never requested the bank statements or payment history so I got nothing. I then verbally terminated my agreement. When she refused to respond I again terminated the agreement via email. She finally replied telling me she needed permission from the court to be removed from my case. I told her again I no longer wanted her representation and she showed up at my child support hearing anyway and attempted to force herself into the court room. I had to advocate to the magistrate that she did not represent me and that I had let her go the week before. Roseann tried to hush me and even went so far as to tell this judge that only the other judge in the support case could release her. Well that was not true. I was able to get her removed but not before finding out that the contempt filing was never actually filed with the clerk. When I insisted there was a rule to show cause as to why he was not in contempt be considered because I had this document in my hand... that Roseann and I had signed ... Roseann finally asked the judge if she could be excused to leave. This is because the motions she charged me for filing were never filed and she didn't want the embarrassment of me knowing she had scammed me by excessively charging me for work she did not follow through on.
