I placed an online order which, due to poor communication and lack of confirmation on their part, was shipped incomplete.
When I attempted to resolve this matter with them, they did not respond to my email or attempt to remedy the situation. I now have an incomplete set of dinnerware from them.
Mulberry Hall's very poor attitude towards customer service has been extremely disappointing. This was my first time ordering with them, and I would not recommend this to any of my friends. When one orders via the internet and is not able to go to the store to resolve issues, the company one is dealing with really needs to be trustworthy and dependable.
