Our family used their services for home care, respite care and in patient care. A better and more…read morecaring team cannot be found in Florida. Dr Crouch was wonderful and had a great style and was very attentive to a terminal parent's needs. The 24/7 nurse and care support at the in patient care was also excellent. They had chaplain, veteran and other special events and were always without question professional and expert. My parent passed away and our family is grateful for the care received.

Zero stars, the most stressful time of our life. Visit with treasure Coast Hospice liaison. 1st…read morevisit was suggested by martin south doctor caring for my husband. Hospice liaison said "he is not ready for Hospice". Gave us brochures and went on her way. Husband was moved to Encompass, I did not feel he was ready for rehab, that night Encompass called me moving him back to Martin South hospital he was not doing well. Martin South called me that night and were sending him to Martin North for critical care. Next AM I went to hospital he was not doing well, was treated for several days they moved him out of critical care. My intuition thought they made a mistake; I was with him every day he was in the hospital watching his body slowly going into giving up. Talked to hospice again and again she said he is not ready. I could not believe what she said after looking at my husband. After couple days I said stop with the massive poking of needles, trying to draw blood and he is in pain. I left that evening he was going to sleep he said goodbye love you, he had always said goodnight. I prayed for him; I knew that would be the last of his pain. That morning he was in coma they moved him to a private room and then called hospice I said ok maybe they will learn something from this. We all said our goodbyes then hospice showed up and he passed away that evening. Now hospice wants to help us with our grieving, I went through the hardest time of my life. Don't believe the rosy picture they paint! Maybe a big $ donner helps with the fancy brochures but not hospice care. God took care of my husband and will take care of me.
