I ordered the tandoori chicken which came out on a sizzling plate. The aroma of the spices and onions made my mouth water. I can't handle spicy food so there was no heat level to it. It goes well with the garlic naan! The company i was with ordered both the prawn tikka masala and the chicken tikka masala with a level 2 spicy. They all said there was a good kick to it and tastes great. The cheese naan was a popular side item for the table and went great with the sauce from the tikka masala. The prices are a little above average and the portions are smaller, but the food is filling. the dishes do not come with sides, as those are extra. The staff here are very nice and accommodating. It is located on a busy street, closest parking would be the paid parking lot about 2 blocks up.

I enjoyed trying a few different menu items (although I should have taken some photos for Yelp,) including the chicken tikka masala, palak paneer, aloo ghobi, and peshawri naan. Every bite was fantastic! Loved it. My only complaint was that the portion size seemed a bit small for the price as rice is purchased separately. But, this is to be expected with Indian food; always worth the price! The quality of Jaipur's food is top-notch. I especially enjoyed the peshawri naan; it served as a perfect "dessert" (even though they also serve desserts) with pistachios and coconut filling. So good! I'll definitely be returning to Jaipur and may consider using the third-party local delivery service site to have them deliver to my house; looking forward to being able to have a date night in!

Jaipur's huge menu spans the gamut of Indian cuisine from tandoori specialties to curries to biryanis and breads. However, one thing caught my eye. The bottom of one of the pages of the menu read "Dishes 50, 51, and 52: authentic vegetables brought directly from India." Count me in! My pick was the Tinda Masala, a brown, onion-based curry with chunks of tinda, or apple gourd, which had a light flesh similar to chayote. I also ordered the Chicken Malai Tikka, chunks of chicken breast marinated in spices, cooked in a tandoori oven, and served over onions on a sizzling plate. Interestingly, however, rather than being marinated in malai, the chicken chunks were sliced open and stuffed with malai, which probably wasn't the most authentic preparation.. The chicken pieces turned out rather burnt and dry, and this dish could definitely have been better executed. On the side, we also ordered the Peshwari Naan, which was stuffed with a thin orange layer of sweetened shredded coconut; as well as Aloo Paratha, stuffed with a layer of spiced potato. The ramekins of sauces that came with our meal included a spicy red chili chutney, a sweet mango chutney, and a thick yogurt sauce that cooled down the spicy flavor of the curry. Overall, this restaurant had a clean, comfortable setting, but the food and service (a one-man show) could definitely have been more on point.

More like the original Brothers Grimm kind. The food itself was ok. Not the tastiest, and not the most disgusting. Was just meh. We ordered the palak pakora, the mushrooms with chili, masala with a pumpkin from India, garlic naan, and vegetable biryani. The one star is for the after effects. We've both been farting all night and I had the worst ever emergency "I really have to poop right now" happen to me. It's a little embarrassing to have this post traced back to my real self, but I had to share this because this is not a good feeling. We both have terrible stomach aches right now and we know this is going to be a rough pooping night. If we still don't feel good by tomorrow morning, it may be time to go to a doctor. It's that bad. If you decide to come here, good luck to you and we hope you have a great bathroom accessible for your private use. Also, the service sucked. The waiter clearly did not want to be there. He awkwardly stood by our table without saying anything for a good 90 seconds until I asked him to give us a few minutes. He also had his thumb on our food when he served us. I wish I can puke right now so this stomach ache will just go away.

Again I was craving Indian food after I went a few days ago to another Indian Restaurant…read more This restaurant just newly opened a month ago or so and it's located pretty central and the opening hours are amazing, it opens up at 17:30, most other restaurants don't open before 19:00, normally 20:00, so that's really nice if you haven't adjusted fully to the spanish rhythm yet. Order practically the same dish, Vindaloo, just went for chicken this time, so I can easily compare it with the food I had before and because Vindaloo is awesome. Well as said the restaurant is newly opened and therefore not that many customers there yet, unfortunately this seemed to reflect in the food, cause they can't buy loads of meat daily, that's just the way it is :( Well my chicken was really tough/overcooked, I didn't like it at all, but the Vindaloo itself was really awesome. If that slip with the chicken was just a 1 time thing it might rate somewhere between 4-5 stars, giving it 4 stars right now, because even with that chicken the food was still awesome and will defo try again, maybe go for veggie aswell :) The service for just perfect, friendly, fast and asked several times if everything is ok or if I need something. I wasn't sure about the hotness of my food, ordered very hot and she asked whether I want it to be more spicy after I tried, but for me, it was just on point.
