When it was Midas I was told I still had 6,000-8,000 miles on my brake pads and it would be about $100 to replace. I went to this new business with only driving 3500 miles (well below the 6,000-8000 miles I was told that was left on my pads )and they (the new business)told me I needed new pads, rotors and steering arm. Todd even took the time to explain the leak and show me the problem gaskets. The shop is very clean and the team is very friendly. Todd is also a Jeep Wrangler owner so now I know who I will come back to in the future in Midland. They offer warranty on their work and parts also. I called them and they said bring it back. I did and I was told it was past the expiration date and even though they had just balanced them, they would not guarantee their work. I would have to pay to correct their mistakes. Unbelievably they were not busy and a couple of the guys were sweeping the driveway. Wouldn't it have made sense to make a customer happy since they were paying their employees anyway.
