Attorney, Eric Frobish, was unfortunately assigned as the Guardian At Litem towards the custody case in my recent divorce. He treated both my ex-wife and me as the worst case scenario of parents as if we shouldn't even have had children. He was paid to generate a written report, but never did after thousands of dollars paid. He provided a joke of an email of personal negative commentary. I clearly do not recommend him or his personal opinion. Based on his demeanor and possibly religious beliefs, it's likely most people would receive the same treatment. read more

I went to Eric Frobish for advice. I thought I could get away without a lawyer at first. Eric informed me that that was a terrible idea and how bad things were going to get and told me a list of things I needed to do and told me how I NEEDED to have him. So I retained him for $3,000. Then when I actually needed someone to represent me in court he withdrew from my case and Told me he doesn't have time for a custody battle and he is too busy for cases like mine. He only takes small easy cases that he doesn't have to do any work. He sent me a total of about 8 emails in 2 weeks and said I've used up $3,000 worth of my retainer and now I'm stuck needing another lawyer before I can even go to court. He charged me to go to court to tell the judge that he was withdrawing. He wasted a lot of money that could have been used better. The same day he withdrew my wife's lawyer tried to force the sale of my house and tried to get sneaky. It was almost as if Eric worked to help my wife's attorney against me. read more

PLEASE beware. I used Lisa Kinser of Cortina & Mueller for my November 2008 divorce. Lisa drug the case out and let my ex handle all the cards. In 4 months and 3-4 court appearances she charged me $24000 dollars. She took my settlement check of $15000 with a court order.I never even seen the check.She then went in and placed a citation on my banking accts for the remainder after she cashed the $15000 and after I paid her almost $5000 cash.This all went down very quickly and in much less than a yr of my divorce.She left my accounts at a zero balance with no money for gas or to feed my 2 kids.I found out at the grocery store and gas station when my bank cards were denied.My ex never even entered a complete financial form and she let this go on and on in his favor.My ex is extremely wealthy and I was left with nothing because of of her extremley poor handling of my case.I wrote the Attorney Disciplinary Commission-called the States Attorney and now it is my quest to let the public be warned. She is nothing but an over rated collections attorney without morals or integrity.She told me I messed with her livlihood and now she's messing with mine.She penalized me for writing and complaining about her taking all of my money when I BEGGED and PLEADED in multiple emails for a payment plan.When I tried to show the judge she got mad at the judge and said they were HEARSAY! Their own words were hearsay and not admissible.Their response:In their experience when people said they would pay their bill they never do.I was a former stay at home mom and at the time out of work struggling to find employment in this poor economy and in less than 1 year and after her being paid almost in complete full that wasn't eenough.She cited my childrens child support money and left us literally penniless and with now late fees from bounced checks and bank legal fees added to my account for the citation.She is a viscious uncaring lawyer and God bless anyone who uses Cortina & Mueller.She also liked to tell me about how she's used to dealing with farmers wives who get nothing and that I should be grateful I'm smnart enough to get a job and make mooney.She's used to dealing with women who won't be anything more than a receptionist.
