Nicer and cheaper than Mazatlan due to the lack of furniture manufacturing here. So we paid for delivery to Mazatlan. Very affordable! The service in store was excellent. Professional all around service. The delivery men were top notch and patient while we checked all the pieces. Most of the furniture in our house in Chapala was from there as well. We cannot say enough about the staff and manager Juan. Our condo build was delayed by 6 months and there was no additional charge for the storage. We paid a deposit and not once did they ask for another payment. We paid by credit card upon delivery in Mazatlan.

They have a great selection of contemporary and transitional pieces from large scale parota dining tables, tasteful and comfortable dining and accent chairs and a fantastic selection of reasonable contemporary carpets (tapetes) that are otherwise not easy to find Lakeside. I recently purchased a patio set for the veranda that was not only pretty but reasonable cost-wise and was available for delivery same day. In fact they delivered in 20 minutes which was fantastic as I was trying to get a lot done on my most recent trip out! Very conveniently located just off the main Carretera in West Ajijic, there is ample parking and a low key/ low pressure atmosphere while you browse.

Do not purchase your furniture here!! We went in and purchased a king size bed and sofa/loveseat…read more Sept. 2024-After returning home, I changed my mind on the bed my husband pick out. I messaged Martha on whats app, letting her know that the bed would not fit in our home and we needed a refund. She told me I would lose my "restocking" fee, even though the furniture would not be available for delivery until late November. Ok, I agreed. I will take my loss on the restocking fee. I had to send her my credenciales, and copy of my passport. Martha kept apologizing about the refund but said a manager would contact me. I threatened to call my credit card company if they did not refund my partial purchase. I had a delivery person contact me saying they were ready to deliver. I said hold on a second! No delivery is supposed to be made until late November and I'm trying to get a refund. After going back and forth, I called my credit card company and disputed the charge since Plascencia's furniture would not agree to the partial refund. It took 3 months for this dispute to be resolved in my favor. Do not purchase from them! They will take your money and not care about you as a client once they have it.

Terrible, terrible, terrible service! I ordered a three-piece sectional sofa from these buffoons,…read moreand when it was delivered a week later, two pieces were correct, but the third was the wrong side. No big deal, mistakes happen. They left the two pieces that were correct, and took the wrong one away, telling me they would return in a week with the correct piece. Instead, they arrived with the EXACT SAME WRONG PIECE. They took it away again, with no answer as to what they would do next to fix my problem. I was told someone would call me, but no one ever did. I went to the store to talk to someone, and they told me they could deliver the correct piece, but I would have to pay $300. I told them I would rather return the whole thing. They told me to take photos of the two pieces in my house, and email them. I did, and they scheduled someone to come pick up the furniture. Two men showed up, but they told me they were only there to take photos of the furniture. They took pictures and left, leaving the pieces in my house. I called the next day to see what was going on, and I was told that they had no record of anyone taking pictures of the sofa, and no one was scheduled to pick them up. Almost every time I have called them on the phone, I have been hung up on or disconnected. Every person I have spoken to has lied to me. Not one person I have spoken to has apologized to me for the total hassle I have been through. No one who works there seems to care at all about their customers. They still have all of my money, and I have two pieces of a sectional sofa taking up space in my home. NEVER SHOP HERE!!!
