Aside from this place being fabulously right out of a scene from Zoolander in terms of having gorgeous women dressed all in fitted white outfits, they are professional and super good at what they do. I had scheduled a COVID test since I had been feeling a little under the weather but was unsure of it being allergies or another cause. I went to go get my test when the awful front desk woman with curly hair screamed at me, told me to get out, and denied me service based on the color of my skin. She screamed at me until I cried. Then threatened me when I asked to see the doctor. I asked if I could make an appointment with the doctor and she responded by saying the Doctor is on vacation and wouldn't be back for 2 weeks. She then yelled at me and told me to come look at her computer to check for myself. I have truly never had such an awful and hateful experience. This woman deserves to be fired. And shame on the doctor if he does not fire this woman because it is clearly destroying his business. This woman has no social skills, empathy, or human decency and is prejudice. If she is so miserable she should not be in the career of nursing and customer service.

Not only did the kind doctor see me immediately, she provided my prescriptions and called the pharmacy ahead of time to confirm that they could fill it. Coming from NJ, I'm just not used to that level of compassion or service. Then - I was presented with the bill. When she said 300 - I thought that she meant dollars -but on top of all this, my emergency appointment cost CK300 - the equivalent of about $28.
