Aside from this place being fabulously right out of a scene from Zoolander in terms of having gorgeous women dressed all in fitted white outfits, they are professional and super good at what they do. The clinic overall does many services I'm not familiar with and has different departments. I only had experience with the dermatology department. Would go back and recommend!

I say lucky because it was pretty much a leap of faith based on internet research and online testimonials. I was nervous when I got on the plane but was reassured when Mr. Kozak was at the airport to pick me up. When I saw the apartments, they were more than I expected. The next day I met the staff; they communicated well with me and made me feel at ease. When I met Dr. Cerna, I was impressed by her professionalism. She was very thoughtful of my concerns and although I didn't know it at the time, she turned out to be an artist of a surgeon, but I am getting ahead of myself. The next day when I went to the clinic, Asklepion, for the actual surgery I was REALLY impressed with the cleanliness. I don't know what I expected, but let's just say that I've been less than impressed in hospitals in the USA. The aftercare was superb. The personal attention I received from the nurses and the staff was of the caliber that you would only get at the finest clinics in say Beverly Hills. People complement me almost daily on how I don't look my age, and this brings me back to Dr. Cerna being an artist. I don't think anybody wants to look like she had plastic surgery. I feel like we never grow older than 17 in our hearts, and although Dr. Cerna is no magician, she made my reflection in the mirror match more closely with my mental image of myself, but I don't look "done". People are always surprised when I tell them I've had a facelift and remark on how skilled my surgeon must have been. So it was a no brainier to come back here 4 years later for my breast reduction. I had seen the work of many doctors in the USA and again, was under impressed. Dr. Cerna's reductions looked "natural", and for me, this was super important. Again, the experience here rivals that in places where you'd have to be rich and/or famous to afford it, so once again I was not disappointed. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Cerna and Laderma to anyone looking for surgical excellence at an affordable price.

They are absolutely not protect a clients and not polite I connect with Lubos , when I decided to do face and neck lift . He changed information always and nothing was clear .vMy husband complain for him to clinic . On next day I coming to clinic for operation and I seating in a lobby 3 hours without food or water . After that dr.V. Satankoba invite me to room and told me about all risks , but I felt like she wants me to cancel the surgery . In this moment came Lubos with my emails on laptop and they are strat investigation . I felt like I am in police .Aftet that I waiting in lobby more than 3 hours , again without food or water . I come to clinic at 7 am and at 2 pm the manager Tatiana told me that they are don't want to do surgery for me . It was seems like they are all this time looked a reason to refuse me. About my question who take responsibility for this and who cover my expensise like air ticket from Canada to Prague (2.000$) she said :" not cover". For question " what real reason and why doctor cancel the surgery ?" , was answer " she is in a bad mood ". But real reason was my complain about bad communication with Lubos . The results weren't…read morespectacular, to say the least; I - and everyone else who knows me - agreed that very little was changed. Three years later my face is worse than it was before the surgery. In addition to that, they made my ears hang lower (visibly) and my mouth wider (not fuller, just wider) - I used to have a great smile, now it looks and feels weird. I can't forgive these two things. Before the surgery, when I got in contact with that clinic, I had a video talk with a doctor, who said they'd do my eyes, face and neck. Upon my arrival to the clinic on the day of the surgery, after a day of obligatory fasting, he said he's not doing my eyes because 'it's never done together' (a lie). I got upset and he announced that now he won't do my surgery at all. A different doctor did it, with the results I described above. They gave me only light anaesthesia; I woke up twice during the surgery. All the doctors are/ were male (hope it has changed since). They were not nice and even rude to me. One doctor even commented on my 'thick calves', which are fine, I'm size EU 38. After the surgery they didn't want to see me again and when I came for a check-up and stitch removal anyway, they were incredibly unfriendly and made it clear that I was wasting their time. Would recommend to stay away from that place.

Perfect Clinic is located in a very nice area of Prague, its a nice, clean and very private…read morefacility. The interior design of the clinic looks scientific and the modern technology makes you feel that you are in a safe environment....Thats where the charm ends. I have had two botched rhinoplasty operations with Roman Kufa and he has created a very expensive and complicated problem for me to fix. I felt like a number rather than a human at this clinic, its like a conveyor belt of mass produced surgical results. I brought my dog to the vet last year and he was treated with so much care, more than I ever was at this clinic. I'm not sure how many operations are performed at Perfect Clinic weekly, but both times I've been at the clinic quite a lot of people are getting rushed in and out of the operating rooms, so I can only assume there is an emphasis on quantity of clients rather than quality of surgery. Much of the content on the Perfect Clinic website is false advertising, so if you are considering a procedure at Perfect Clinic Prague take these points into account: Dont expect a proper consultation. This will probably last about 5 minutes and will be very vague. No need to waste time telling Dr.Kufa what you want him to do because hes probably not listening. Do not expect Roman Kufa to discuss with you the operation, where incisions will be made, before & after photos of previous patients, postoperative care, possible risks, or anything really. I was so misinformed that both times I was told by Dr.Kufa my rhinoplasty would be an 'open' procedure but I found out myself, in the mirror, that they were in fact 'closed'. If you are unhappy with the results don't expect any form of empathy, this means you are a problematic client. If you let him, Dr.Kufa will damage it more for you, free of charge. Expect no postoperative follow-up what so ever, no email or phone call asking you how everything is (You will get a printed piece of paper instead). This isn't so bad for rhinoplasty, but theres other surgeries which I think a follow up is probably quite important. Me being compelled to write this review is evidence that Perfect Clinic is clearly not meeting the needs of their patients. Perfect Clinic falls short of some of the most basic standards, such as an informative consultation and post operative follow up, which I assume have been sacrificed to make the business more profitable. Even if I was happy with my results, I would still be writing this review because of these fundamental elements missing, it significantly increases the risk of failure. So please dont be fooled by the fancy interior design and dont believe what they say on their professional looking website. Dont be lured by their competitive prices because its just NOT WORTH IT. If you are looking for a clinic, keep looking, because there's lots of trustworthy clinics out there with surgeons who want to help you.
