I originally left a 1 star as it is my right because I actually booked services from this…read morephotographer however since she want to make herself look like a victim and not take accountability here is what happened; I have previously booked with this photographer not for myself but someone else the first time seemed nothing out of the ordinary which was expected based upon what we agreed. (So no need to flatter yourself) I booked again based on the fact that I worked with this photographer before as I have with previous photographers. This photographer suggested and highlighted wildflowers in the photoshoot I guess for her artistic view. I have not once made any mention about wild flowers as all I wanted was a grassy field photoshoot...In the contract that I signed it clearly stated that the dress fitting was optional. I had my own dress and outfit that I had ordered online. When I spoke with this photographer she told me over the phone to come to her home (her place of business) with absolutely no follow up... (red flag) Which all professionals I've worked with always had a courtesy of confirmation for a follow up appointment. I then mentioned to her that I thought she would have followed up with the agreed time (just in case she had an unforeseeable situation happen) in which she replied with a screenshot of the address to the location of the appointment. Also for the record I never told the photographer that it was her fault not over the phone or in text msg. I had in fact cancelled the second appointment as I could not make it and also on the fact that THE DRESS FITTING IS COMPLETELY OPTIONAL AS PER THE CONTRACT I SIGNED! Again this photographer is not a victim, she took about two weeks to respond to my inquiry about booking her for a photoshoot, which was another red flag. I was not able to provide all the details of what I intended to wear as all that I needed would not be delivered until after I had originally told her I would send over the deets as I anticipated. The night before, I asked a question pertaining to the photoshoot. I woke up to screenshots of the weather forecast. (the time we scheduled for the photoshoot was actually perfect weather. It did rain that day but the rain cleared up at the time I would've had the photoshoot) She said in the text that we would have to reschedule. I responded that I cannot as I booked a MUA, in which she responded it being up to the MUA about the cancellation (meaning the photographer couldn't care less about the mishap about other professionals and their time). I also never mentioned hair to her.... I guess she threw that in there to make her story more believable ... .I then asked her what day and time would she like to reschedule for? she then made an excuse about fall being her busy time, being booked until 2026 then just making the decision to refund me the full amount for the booked service then adding recommendations (that I wouldn't take from her based off her lack of professionalism and business practice) I agreed to the refund. My experience with Tamsin Photography was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I had booked a session in advance, only for the photographer to cancel on the very day the shoot was scheduled and blaming it on the weather as an easy way out for her to cancel. This last-minute cancellation showed a complete lack of consideration for my time, preparation, and plans. Throughout the booking process, her communication was inconsistent and dismissive. Instead of providing clarity or reassurance, she often responded in a way that felt indifferent and self-focused. Her behavior gave the impression that she never truly intended to follow through with the session, which made the cancellation unanticipated but at the same time made me relieved. As I booked with an actual professional photographer with clear communication and integrity a week later. What stood out most was the lack of integrity and professionalism. A business that values its clients would communicate clearly, show respect for their time, and handle scheduling responsibly. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. The way she conducted herself--avoiding responsibility, failing to communicate, and cancelling at the last minute--made the entire ordeal unnecessary and annoying. I left this experience with a lesson learned. Based on how I was treated, I cannot recommend Tamsin Photography. I hope this feedback would prompt major improvement in professionalism, communication, and basic respect for clients. Or perhaps not!

Where do I even start!…read more We had the pleasure of working with Amanda Seasholtz at the beach for our sunset, engagement session. When you are outside in the elements, shooting conditions are rarely 100% perfect, and the day of our session was no exception. Due to the weather conditions, Amanda was incredibly flexible and offered to reschedule the session to a day with calmer weather. She gave us ample time to make this decision, but I decided to proceed with the shoot. Despite the consistent 15mph plus winds (and gusts!) actively working against us, 90% of the time, Amanda captured *so many* amazing shots! Amanda is a genuine pleasure to work with. The entire process was so easy and relaxed; even though I'm not someone who loves having their picture taken. She made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the session. The turnaround time for the high-resolution photos was perfectly reasonable, but Amanda exceeded my expectations by delivering them even sooner. From the initial inquiry to the final product, every aspect of the experience was amazing. I cannot recommend Amanda Seasholtz Photography enough. Amanda is extraordinarily knowledgable and talented and I am so thankful to have trusted this process to her. If you want to grin from ear to ear when you see your photos, book with Amanda! Note: the photos attached to this review are just direct examples of how good the "windier looking" photos came out! So happy!!

I had been wanting to do photos with my daughter for quite a while now. And I could not be happier with the photos Amanda took. I love love love them. As a matter of fact, I had happy tears when I viewed the gallery. She edited the prints quite quickly. We visit Melbourne Beach every year and Amanda suggested the perfect spot for our photo shoot. She made us feel relaxed during the shoot. And had numerous ideas of poses. And she was able to capture the perfect light during our shoot. I would recommend her over and over again. She was fabulous!

The photos from my shoot were a gift and I had a deadline. OWP came up with a plan to get me a final product two weeks before my dead line! My first meeting was in the studio, all aspects of design were covered and I pre-ordered a bound book. Although my final costs were more then I wanted to spend ($$$$), the quality of the work was worth every penny. The overall communication with OWP was amazing and the customer service was great. Olivia and Chantille wonderful to work with. The shoot was really fun! Olivia and Yakeima (awesome designer!) made me feel relaxed and kept the mood upbeat and exciting. I have nothing but great memories and would not change a thing about that shoot! A few weeks after my shoot I went back the OWP studio to preview the photos for my book. Viewing my photos was difficult; the computer program was sluggish and loaded everything very slowly. The process was a bit awkward; they had just rearranged the studio and didn't quite have the computer situation or seating figured out so that could have been the problem. Although I am very pleased with the way the photos turned out I felt that the review process took longer than it needed to. The photography itself is amazing. I choose Olivia because her work speaks for itself. The artistic, professional look, and quality of Olivia's photography is exactly what I was looking for when I found her online. I am very pleased that the real life work matches her portfolio. What you see is what you get... and what you get is great! My gift turned out better than I had ever imagined and the recipient was more than happy to receive it! I can't Thank Olivia and team for creating a very special, everlasting memory.

DOESN'T READ DIRECTIONS OR FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS! I hired…read moreJessica Bellinger for my 40th Birthday Party. It was an 80s Prom Theme party for which I specifically requested that one photographer be stationary capturing studio style images of couples as they arrived to Prom and another as a backup capturing event images. I also requested that she help take Instax Square (Polaroid style) pictures that guests can take home with them while the professional pictures are processed/edited. After interviewing 3 other photographers for this role I chose her for this role because she said she was passionate about the theme/decade and objective. She also said she owned an Instax Square camera and would be able to bring it if hired. I was very clear about what I wanted/expected (Studio style images with a grainy 80s style filter of the couples at Prom and someone who can also take pictures with an Instax Square). I told her the most important shot was one of me and my husband - the hosts of the party - in that classic 80's Prom pose. I also sent her several examples of what I wanted so there would be no room for interpretation. Leading up to the event, my event planners aligned with Jessica Bellinger on the objective and provided her with a comprehensive timeline that formally outlined where the photographers should be stationed and when. During the event and after purchasing $500 worth of film for the Instax Square camera I noticed the film hadn't been touched. When I asked about it she said she forgot the camera and would send her second photographer to go purchase one. The party went on without the second photographer for about an hour and ultimately they were unable to find one on short notice at any of the open local stores. The party concluded and I hoped for the best. It took 4 weeks to get the pictures, and to say that I was disappointed is an understatement. Here are the top reasons why: · Did NOT read OR Follow directions - The two things that were specifically and clearly communicated to her verbally and in writing were missed. When I confronted her about this she said she forgot what was discussed in our original conversation and didn't read the timeline and directions from the event planners until AFTER the event was over! · Totally missed the main objective - I received ZERO pictures of me and my husband, the ones who paid her. I expressed clearly how important it was to get that one pose of me and my husband. She said she was surprised she wasn't able to find one and that was odd. To me that is equivalent to a wedding photographer failing to capture a picture of the bride and groom. · Amateur Quality / Sloppy Editing - The images captured by guests at my event with an 80s filter were better quality than the "professional" pictures I paid $2K for. The gallery included so many random images of people's backs or mid-conversation with their eyes closed. The couple pictures that she did capture weren't framed correctly and included people walking in the background. A child with a cell phone camera could've done a better job. · ZERO contrition or compensation - When I confronted her about these issues she admitted that it was her mistake and the only compensation she would offer is a re-shoot - really? First off I live out of state (something I mentioned during our first call) and second, the event is in the past. It wasn't about the money at this point it was the principal and she said she was unable to offer anything else. I feel like I was swindled and just lost $2K. I regret hiring her for this important and costly event. Since her method of payment was via PayPal, as a consumer I have no recourse. Her contract also indemnifies her from any responsibility or accountability on quality of meeting desired terms. Just showing up constitutes meeting her contractual obligations. I warn anyone considering hiring her for any event especially one of the most important events of your life like a wedding!
