I should have caught the $40 as it was listed in the total amount financed, but the $275 was not. I made the mistake of rushing through the paperwork as it was close to closing time and I trusted what I was told from what I thought was a trustworthy local business. When we called to ask about the fee they said it was an application fee charged by the bank. Very deceptive. If I had been told about these fees when I asked I would not have wasted my time and money on Woodsfield Savings loan.

THE OWNER! If you use this company, expect to deal with PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! This wasn't the first time this company had issues. A few weeks before I had a car picked up at my residence to be towed to have repairs done. A different driver pulled in, backed up to a completely different vehicle and started to load it even though they were sent the year, make, model AND COLOR. You'd think being in a business working with vehicles, they'd know the difference between a Camry and Corolla. If not, the color difference should give it away. Just unreal!
