If i could give Olek and his crew 10 stars i would. His crew does excellent work and pay attention to detail. They are prompt, courteous and on time. When we started to get close to go time, we heard from him promptly with details on the plan, and he regularly checked in with us to keep us informed as the process unfolded. He also provided great advice on how to choose the right colors for what we wanted to have done, and it was clear he wanted us to take care with that process so we'd really love how it looked when it was done. Not only does our house look amazing and exactly how we wanted it, but Haven also repaired a hole in the siding left after we had a yellow jacket nest removed, and he barely charged us anything for that additional, unplanned work. Really impressed with his professionalism, as well as the care he took to keep our cats safe while he was in and out working on our front door, too. I needed to paint the exterior of my house. So I got 8 different contractor quotes which had…read morevarying degrees costs for add ons for my project. ERC game me a simple and very competitive all inclusive price. And they were able to start the project the following week! I ended up picking the higher grade paint and they only charged me the cost difference of what they had quoted. Other contractors had a much higher markup. They pressure washed my exterior and came back a few days later to start the job. They were so quick and thorough. Cleaning up some old caulking and fixing some damaged trim. They even sanded and refinished my cedar soffits. The quality was fantastic. While they were out, my neighbor was impressed and asked for a quote as well. They will likely do their house too the following week. I'll definitely recommend ERC painting to anyone who needs a painting contractor.

Used him again for a different kind of job - replacing an in-wall air-conditioner. He was very good…read moreat responding to text messages, worked us in quickly, and was flexible when Home Depot delayed our order. He was also very good at fitting the new AC into the space for the old one and ensuring it was sealed and weather proofed. However, when he finished the work, he left large boxes and packing materials scattered where he opened them and filling our kitchen floor and on the dining room table. He didn't do anything to organize the mess or break down the boxes. He said most of it was recyclable and he wouldn't do anything with it. Left us to clean up after he left and figure out how to manage and get rid of these large heavy boxes. Additionally, he had put the old AC on our deck. We asked if he would recycle the old AC and he agreed - charging us an additional $200 to take it. When he put it on our deck, it left piles of black (not sure what) that we had to clean after he left. Additionally, I had purchased a new bracket to support the new air-conditioner. He decided without consulting me to use the old bracket instead. (Hopefully it last for the long run!)
