I was in a really tough spot! Both of my phones had a cracked screen. I walked in and found the…read moreowner to be a man of great customer service and even better integrity. Prior to taking my phone apart he cautioned about possible side effects/loss of function with switching out the screen with alternatives built in the phone to circumvent that. He gave it a shot and of course certain screen features were affected as described earlier.Once I explained to him that I did not like the alternatives he gladly replaced my broken screen then explained to me technically what I would need to avoid those changes when getting a new screen. He even pointed me to the right direction on how to get the service I was looking for. He did not have to do any of those things even if that meant losing business but he did and for that I'm thankful.
